Prologue

So that's fair, isn't it?

When people want to know something and I'm not willing to tell you - you get mad at me, even if it doesn't involve you.

I have a few secrets that I've been hiding from everybody for a couple of years now. So far I kept it in.

One secret out of all of them got exposed by me because I just couldn't take it anymore. He's been abusing me for years now but he went way too far on the night of my 15th birthday.

He went too far that I had to call my sister Dallas begging for help. Once I called her she said that she had put her phone on speaker and that everyone was there, and I didn't know that when she said everyone she included my other sister Demi.

I was crying for help and everyone was asking what was happening but I couldn't answer them because my dad barged into my room.

They heard it all.

They heard everything he said.

They heard how I was crying for help.

The last thing I remember was someone pulling my dad off of me.

But like I said that was only one secret out of all the secrets I have.

You know the girl you always see with a smile,

That girl you see who acts so strong,

The reason I know this cause I'm that girl.

Everyone says that I have the most beautiful eyes.

But did you know behind the most beautiful eyes, lay secrets deeper and darker than the mysterious sea. Those eyes also cried the most tears.

They also said that I have the prettiest smile just like my sister Demi, but yet the prettiest smiles hides the deepest secrets.

And my family and friends said I have the kindest heart, but yet they said the kindest hearts have felt the most pain.

If I told you my secrets,
