"Come on I want to leave." Maddy yelled down the hall, well right now we are going down to the lake and swim. Our parents are already at the lake but since we didn't want to go in the morning we decided to go later and well Maddy, she was being Maddy, came back to call us. "Wait let me just change okay." "Bye I'm leaving." We had finish and we walked down stairs, "You could've done that 30 minutes ago." She laughed and left threw the front door. I grab our food and my uggs "come on." Jay held the back door open, "we're going to the lake not to the pool." He laughed and Connor walked threw the back door. "Sunshine we're not going to that lake yet." I felt my cheeks heat up this whole weekend he has been calling me Sunshine, but it's still new to me since no one ever gave me a nickname not even Kyle- well Connor and Jay call him douche bag for leaving a wonderful girl. I followed him and he stretched his arm out and I took it, I heard a click sound and quickly turned around and again another click sound. "Jay what was that?" " A camera." "delete it." "no."
We walked threw the woods and quickly made our way to the lake and I saw my parents, "Look Jay your dad is here." Before I walked to them they pulled me away. We crossed a bridge and then there was another part of the lake, I was speechless. "Every time we came here, my mom was here and I showed Connor this when my mom passed away." I looked up at Jason and he was about to cry, I walked to him and hugged him.
CONNOR P.O.V
We have been here since the morning, no one comes here since it's our property so no one bothered us. Jason said he was hungry and he was leaving so he left to where our parents were fishing at. "Connor, why did you finally started talking to me?" I looked at her as she ate her sandwich, "What do you mean?" "I know you and Kyle don't get along but we never talked until now, and I knew who you were. You were the..." I am finishing that sentence for her, "I was the most popular kid in freshman year and that following summer I changed everything and became Mr. Badboy." She nodded and the cold air flew threw us causing her to shiver. "Come on it's getting dark and you're shivering so lets go back home."She nodded and we walked threw the little path, "Finally." Everyone started to laugh and well Natalie then fainted.
Her dad took her up to her room, and I was scared why did she faint. "Is she okay?" "Yea she was cold and she got surprise when we yelled which caused her to faint." Maddy said. "Okay kids time to sleep and tomorrow we going back home okay." We all nodded and I went to my room, her door was slightly open but I decided not to.
I was getting sleepy when my phone started to ring, "Hello. Whats your favorite scary movie? Really funny Jason. Uhm is Natalie okay? Yea she just fainted but she's sleeping now. Okay well tell her to meet me tomorrow night at the café. Sure. Thanks well bye. Bye." I hanged up and put my phone on the night stand and then I notice that it was thundering outside. I was about to close my eyes when the door opened and Natalie came into my room, "Move." She jumped into the bed and cuddled up, "Uhm Jason told me to tell you to meet up at the café tomorrow night." She nodded and hugged me.
First the first time in 3 years I finally feel complete again.
