"I feel bad for whatever man ends up with you."

Ella's Pov

"Please buckle your seat belts, we will be landing shortly," the flight attendant announces on the overhead speaker.

A couple of minutes later, we land on the ground, people clapping for no damn reason, it's so annoying. The people next to me get up and I wait for somewhat everybody to get off.

As I get up one of the flight attendants walks by, "Um, excuse me, can you help me get my carry on down?" I ask picking up my purse from the ground with my free hand, putting it on my shoulder, the other hand firmly wrapped around Rose.

"Yes, of course," she says with a smile, "She's so cute. You got lucky with a quiet one. When my kids were little all they would do is scream, especially on planes." We both laugh and I thank her for both what she said and for helping me with my bag.

When I walk down the ramp the stroller's there, so I let go of my carry on and put Rose into it, wrapping the blanket around her.

I get to the carousel and immediately see my bag. Thank god. I grab it pull it to me. How am I gonna do this. Just my luck, a worker grabs my bags and puts it on one of the carts.

"Thank you."

We exit the airport in a few minutes time. I grab my wallet and tip the man thanking him again. Now I just wait.

"Is that my favorite sister?" Someone questions behind me. I turn around and see Chris. Behind Chris I see Elle and Lee. Once I see them and see that Chris is close enough to the carriage that if anything happened he could stop it, I go both Elle and Lee and pull them into a group hug.

"Wow, you chose them over your own brother," Chris says hold his hand to his chest feigning hurt and I roll my eyes turning to him, "I feel bad for whatever man ends up with you."

As he goes to pick up Rose I stop him, "If she wakes up your dealing with her." He dismisses me by waving his hand and continues to pick her up. Rose immediately starts crying, "I told you so."

"Make it stop, make it stop," Chris frantically says. I take her from him shaking my head. I rock her back and forth singing Can't Help Falling in Love, what my mom used to sing to me, softly until she quiets down and falls back to sleep.

They're staring at my in shock. "Damn Ella, your a natural," Lee says.

"Yeah, well I've kind of had to be. But it's easy, she's an easy baby. At leased with me she is," I say giving Chris a look and he looks away 'shyly'.

"Wow, she looks so much like you. It's scary," Elle says looking at Rose, "Like, I mean I know you sent us pictures of her but it's like putting her next to you makes such a big difference."

"The only thing she doesn't have of yours is the brown hair and blue eyes," (a/n in the book Noah has blue eyes) Elle says.

"She probably gets that from my mom," I say trying to get off of the topic since those two things remind me so much of Noah.

"Or the father," Lee says making me freeze, "By the way you never told us who the father is."

Both Chris and Elle give me knowing look. "I don't even remember. He was just some drunken one night stand," I lie.

Lee just shrugs it off and and grabs one of my suit cases. Elle grabs the other and Chris pushes the stroller. When we get to the car Chris unlatches the car seat from the stroller and sets it in the car. I gently set a sleeping Rose into the car seat and then get in next to her. Elle gets in next to me, Lee sits in the front, and Chris drive.

"So how was the flight?" Chris questions.

"It surprisingly went well. There were some people giving dirty looks, 'cause I'm a 16 year old with a baby, but I didn't really pay attention 'cause their opinions don't really matter to me. Other than that Rose was sleeping the whole time so nothing really happened," I say watching Rose continue to sleep.

"Damn, she's a sleepy baby isn't she," Elle says.

"Like mother like daughter," Lee says and I playfully slap him.

For the rest of the car ride we talk about school tomorrow and how I have to help them come up with an idea for the carnival since I'm back on the dance team with them. We drop them off at their house and go home. Now I just have to survive the rest of this year before I can leave and go to college.

A/n: Just to let you know, Ella skipped a grade so she's graduating early. Also she in all A.P. classes so she not going to have classes with anyone.
