Laura:(gasps) Shor!

Shor:(lying on his hospital bed looking all pale and lifeless, with many machines and wires attached to him)

Laura:(cries) Shor! (runs to Shor's side and hugs him crying) I'm so sorry baby

Maya:(cries into Ross's chest)

Ross:(tears up walking up to Laura)

Laura:(cries) I'm so sorry baby

Ross:(rubs Laura's back)

Laura:(cries)

Maya:(cries)

Ross:(whispers into Maya's ear) I need you to be a big girl right now. I need to help mommy

Maya:(nods and wipes her tears)

Ross:(puts her down on Shor's bed and lifts Laura up) Come on Laur

Laura: Ross no! (cries) I need my baby!

Ross: I know I know (pulls her into his chest wrapping his arms around her tightly)

Laura:(cries into his chest)

Ross:(whispers softly into her ear) Everything is gonna be alright

Laura:(nods)

Ross:(kisses her head)

Maya:(hugging Shor whispering in his ear) Please wake up Shor, mommy and daddy miss you and so do I. Mommy's crying a lot so please wake up

Shor:(groans)

Maya:(looks at Shor) Shor?

Shor:(squints his eyes open) M-Maya?

Maya:(smiles big) Shor! (hugs him)

Laura & Ross:(looks) Shor! (runs up to him)

Laura:(cries)

Shor: Mommy...

Laura: I'm right here baby (kisses his head) I'mm right here

Ross:(tears up) You had us worried

Shor: What happened?

Ross: You're blood isn't functioning properly and you have a high fever kiddo

Shor: Will I be alright?

Laura: You'll be okay sweetie I know you will

Shor:(nods)

doctor:(walks in) Shor, good to see you're awake

Shor: When can I go home?

doctor: I'm afraid you have to stay here till you're all better

Shor:(sighs) Okay...

doctor: Laura, Ross the nurse is ready for your blood test

Ross:(worried)

Laura:(looks at Ross) Ross? Are you okay?

Ross:(shakes his head no)

Laura: Are you still afraid of needlies?

Ross:(nods slowly) I have and always will be

Laura:(Smiles and holds his hand) You're gonna be okay and I'll be there with you

Ross:(smiles and nods) Okay

doctor: If you'll follow me we'll do your blood test in no time

Laura: What about the kids?

doctor: We'll get a nurse to come in and she's gonna bring Shor some food

Laura:(nods) Okay

Maya: Bye mommy, bye daddy

Ross & Laura:(waves goodbye and walks with the doctor)

Shor: Is mommy and daddy together yet?

Maya:(sighs shaking her head) No but daddy and mommy cuddled a bunch of times

Shor:(weakly smiles) Good... (coughs)

Maya:(worried) You okay?

Shor:(nods) Yeah...

With Ross & Laura

Ross:(seated down in a chair getting ready for his needle)

nurse:(getting his arm disenfectted)

Ross:(nervous)

Laura:(holding his other hand) You're gonna be alright

Ross: No Laura I'm not. It's gonna hurt so much

Laura: It's not gonna hurt, I already did mine and I didn't feel a thing

Ross: Well you're strong and not afraid of needles

Laura: Well what can I do?

Ross:(shrugs) I wish my mom was here

Laura:(giggles) Momma's boy I see

Ross: Oh shut up

nurse: Okay we're gonna do your needle now honey

Ross:(closes his eyes shut scared)

Laura:(gets an idea) (mumbles to herself) I am so gonna regret this... (kisses Ross)
