Bio: Jushiro was introduced as a neutral character to the cause in Diamond is Unbreakable. First encounter is when he noticed someone else with same ability like himself. That someone was Jotaro Kujo and what ensued was a battle between the two ending in Jotaro's victory and Jushiro learning more of his abilities. In the end, he helped defeat Yoshikage Kira and took an interest in about the Joestar family which was piqued through an inquiry about Dio.
After two years, Jushiro went to Italy on his way to America just to see some sights, but got caught in the middle of Koichi's mishap which ended up getting him caught up in the events of Vento Aureo. He met Giorno while helping out Koichi get his belongings back when he noticed that Giorno also had a stand as well. He fought Giorno ending with Gio escaping. Koichi had told Jushiro about why he was there which made him seek out Giorno in hopes of learning more about Dio and the Joestar family tree eventually finding him along with members of Passione at a bread shop. They eventually became allies through encounters with Passione. Jushiro, in one instance, finally met Diavolo at the Colosseum after being gifted the Arrow to find out more about stands after what Polnareff had told him moments before hand. He pierces his stand with the arrow to stop Diavolo from getting his way. This failed as Jushiro wasn't able to fully control his newfound power. He ends his trip by bidding farewell to the gang and telling Giorno to visit him in the United States one day.
Upon arriving to America, he is told that he has a son in Japan which the mother had put on a plane and let live with Jushiro for 10 years before Stone Ocean had happened. Fast forward 10 years, Jushiro received a call from Jotaro telling him about followers of Dio within the US and his daughter Jolyne. Jushiro went to Florida along with his son to meet her, but found out that she was in prison. After some time, he had found Pucci and confronted him on multiple occasions by attempting to question him with each time being interrupted by outside forces. In the end, Pucci succeeded with his plan, but Jushiro, being unaware of what was happening, was able to survive thanks to the power of his stand trapping him inside of the dimension it had created before placing him in the middle of the road when he was found by alternate universe Jolyne named Josephine.
Looking for a way to get back home, Jushiro finds himself traveling with Josephine Joestar, the alternate universe variant of Jolyne Kujo. He believes that Josephus, the alternate universe variant of Jotaro Kujo, may hold the answers to getting back and saving his universe from Pucci. This proved to be a fruitless endeavor, but all was not lost as he is caught up in a feud bigger than both himself and the universe. After being reunited with the GDSP gang, he meets the first of the Joestars named Yoshua who task him and the rest of the gang with defeating an enemy as old as the universe itself. In the end, Jushiro undergoes another transformation and is successful in aiding in the completion of the task Yoshua gave the gang. He currently lives his life correcting anomalies in his universe as well as working for the speedwagon foundation.

Appearance: Slim build with stars on it's shoulders, Knees, and Hands. It has generic yellow stand eyes, shoe like feet, and studed knuckles. It has a star crest on it's chest and holes on it's palms.
Abilities: Shining Star can create a field that negates the flow of time and manipulates properties of space. It uses the properties it manipulates to create small bolts in the shape of stars to throw at enemies like projectiles with complete control of where they hit. It's secret ability is to self destruct whenever the user is near death by shattering the star on it's chest. The user's body is unaffected by the self destruction and Shining Star reforms itself after 5 hours from the stardust surrounding the user.
Weakness: The user is left completely vulnerable to stand attacks after Shining Star has self destructed. The field is only active for 30 seconds.

Abilities: SSR's dimensional field is now a passive that's range can be changed at the will of the user maximum 25 meters. Within the dimensional field, SSR can increase the gravity anywhere inside and create miniture black holes that act as gateways to a space created by SSR where all of creation has yet to happen which can trap enemies inbetween or allow Jushiro to travel through them.

Ability: Instead of creating a black hole that teleports it's users enemies into a void where they are ripped apart on a molecular level, Heavenly Star Requiem can simply crop them out of existence by framing them with it's fingers. The space they were taken from or were taking up from refills itself instantly and any trace of them ever existing becomes erased over time. This effect doesn't simply work on people, but distances and structures as well. This effect can also be reversed at any moment.
