Stand Name: Midnight Train

Appearance: Humanoid stand with vector arrows coming down the side of its face spiraling down its arms and legs. Heavy build similar to Tusk act 4 with a cape like covering. Color scheme consist of blue and red.
Namesake: Midnight Train to Georgia by Gladys Knight & the pips
Abilities: MIdnight Train allows its user to create many different types of vector panels that increase movement speed by 10 MPH into any certain direction the panel’s arrow is facing(Speed can be increased even further depending on how many arrows or on a single panel), halt all movement of whoever stands on the “stop” panel, decrease speed with slow panels(Same principle that applies to the increase panels also applies to decrease panels).
Weakness: The Panels can only be placed on surfaces so trying to place a panel in the sky wouldn’t work. Panels of opposite direction cannot connect with each other meaning you can't connect a forward and backward panel and so on.
