Yasmin and Chris arrived home exhausted. Luckily, the boys were sleepers so they sleep the whole 14 hour flight. Unfortunately, they got seats next to a disrespectful toddler and two obnoxious, trailer trash parents.

Yasmin was Italian but these people were the people who made Italians look bad. Poorly dressed and their poor ear wrenching high pitched voices.

Not even two hours into the flight, Yasmin had turned around and threatened them saying that if they would not shut their child up she would eventually rip their throats out and smash their eyeballs with little tiny needles that made the pain slow.

Needless to say they shut up, until they fell asleep and began snoring. Christian took all his strength to keep Yasmin from slapping the shit out of them.

So no- no rest on the plane for the adults. Anyways, they slowly opened the door.

"Surprise!"

The crowd said smiling. Yasmin literally looked like the devil himself would be scared of her. The group laughed.

"Awe, sugarbear didn't get her sleep?"

Nina asked smiling.

"No, fucking trailer trash crackers kept me up all night!"

She said closing her eyes resting against Nina's arms.

"How's nonno?"

Jess asked as she came over.

"Better, way better. It was just a very low risk aneurism in his brain."

Yaz said softly.

"That's good. Well welcome home!"

Jess said smiling.

"Thanks."

"My god, will you look at them."

Nina said rolling her eyes.

"What?"

Yaz asked.

"Almost a year together and nothing, no ring or even word of saying we are getting married."

Nina said folding her arms.

"Shit!"

Yasmin exclaimed.

"What?"

"I have to go dress shopping for Jocelyn's wedding the day after tomorrow."

She said her voice full of exhaustion.

"Wear your wedding dress."

Jess said shrugging. "I'm not going to my cousin's wedding in my wedding dress."

Yasmin said rolling her eyes. She and Jocelyn were not related but that's what she decided to use as a cover up- a long lost cousin from her spanish side of the family.

"I'll just go tomorrow morning. What are you girls wearing?"

Yasmin asked.

"Nothing."

The girls said.

Yaz straightened up.

"You both know Jocelyn invited you because I've known you both since elementary. Why aren't you girls going?"

Yaz asked irritated. The girls moaned.

"Shit, okay. We'll go but we need to go shopping too."

Nina said. Yaz nodded.

"Great. Now continue with the welcome home party, while I go and rest."

Yaz said walking to the room.
