"MYLES!" I was really shocked that he came back, it's been so long, but we promised that we would always stay best friends, and I will always promise that.
His mom let him stay with his aunt for a while. And in the 8th grade, we decided to go back to our elementary school and back to the playground. It brought back so many memories, this is the place where we met and became best friends. We went back to the corner where we buried our letters and dug it up.
We actually forgot what we wrote in it since it was like 8 years later, but when we both read it, we were practically in tears, it was cute, cute seeing that we've been friends for so long, and that the handwriting was like a little 6 year olds, which it was.
Skipping to 11th grade, that's when I started to fall for him. He was always there for me through ups and downs, and whenever a boyfriend would break my heart, he was always there for me with a shoulder to cry on. He would usually come over and bring me a movie and some pasta, since it's my favorite food.
12th grade, was when he started to like me. And I stilled liked him. It was more towards the ending of our senior years, we were inseperable. We even went to the same college, and all those 4 years, we dated.
Unfortunately, after college, he had to go back to Chicago with his mom.
I don't know how to say this...
"Just tell me Myles!" he was scaring me.
I have to go back to Chicago..
My heart broke, I really didn't want him to leave. I started crying.
Hey, don't cry, look, I promise you I won't ever forget you, and this isn't even for a long time ago, I'm coming back for you.
Alright, promise?
Pinky promise.
