*April's POV*

"So, Dean, what are the sleeping arrangements supposed be? I mean, I can take the couch and you can have the bed. I have a blanket and some pillows in my trunk..." I got up and started walking towards the door. "Give me a sec and i'll be right back." I opened the door just to have it shut tight again.

"You are not sleeping on the couch. End of story. You can sleep on the bed and i'll take the couch." he smiled and gestured towards the queen sized bed next to the one that was currently inhabited by a sleeping Sam. I glanced at Sam and then back to Dean. Maybe I'm crazy or drunk, or both, but its ridiculous for Dean to sleep on the couch in his own motel room. Hell, he payed for it.

"Or you can sleep in the bed too. It's a big bed, there's plenty of room you know. Just like old times?" I offered. He just kinda looked at me like I grew a second head. Apparently he was a little iffy about my previous statement. "If you feel more comfortable on the couch I can run out to my car though." I have no idea what hes thinking. He scratched the back of his head and looked down at his feet, then back up at me.

"You have a point. The bed is pretty big, plus the couch is hard as a rock. So if it isn't gonna be too awkward for you, I think i'll take you up on your offer." I smiled really big at him. "It's fine by me." was the only thing I could think of saying without sounding too excited. I flashed him an assuring smile. Dean made his way to the bed making sure to turn off all of the lights on the way. "Which side do you want?" I asked. The last time we shared a bed we were just 19, but he always had to be on the right side. "Are you still OCD about having to sleep on the right side?" I tried.

"Yeah, I'm surprised you remember." he laughed.

"I'm a woman of many memories.....and that sounded really lame...." I replied and started blushing. Normally I'm pretty smooth with everything I say. Dean just laughed at me and climbed into bed, holding the covers open for me to get into. I followed his lead and lazily laid down, snuggling into the blanket. God, it was so warm and I was freezing. Dean looked at me and bit his lip.

"Ri, can i ask you something?" he sounded a little flustered.

"Yeah Dean, what's up?" I asked.

"Do you remember the things we used to talk about when were laying in the bed in Bobby's spare room all those times?"

"I remember a lot of it, sure. What in particular are you referring to?"

"Well do you remember that night that Sam stayed up all night with Bobby, and we were watching Scream upstairs?" I was getting curious as to what he was hinting toward. Of course I remembered that night, the question was did we remembered the same things or not.

"Yupp." I said popping the p.

"I meant what I said that night. You really are the only girl that I have ever been able to really connect with. You're the only one I can just talk to. I care a lot about you. I know that I can be an inconsiderate ass sometimes, but I always try and right whatever wrong things I do." At this point he had his hand resting on the side of my face, his thumb gently stroking my cheek. I didn't even think he remembered that night. That was the first time he kissed me though I was sure he just did it because he was caught up in the moment. I never dreamed he would have actually meant it.

"Dean, of course I remember you telling me those things. It made me feel like you trusted me since you felt like you could be so open with me about anything that you needed or wanted to talk about." I looked into his eyes. "I also remember that you did this...." I slowly brought my lips to his. We kissed and I promise that I feel like my insides were just zapped my lightning. "Whoa."

*Dean's POV*

"Whoa." was all she said. And I couldn't agree more with her. "That was just how I remember it all those years ago. It might have even been better."

Ri looked up at me and just smiled. She was so beautiful. Her curly hair created a red halo on the crown of her head. The moonlight glinted off of her eyes just rught so that I could see myself reflected in them. How did I not recognize them earlier today. She is the only girl who I have ever seen have eyes this magnificent before.

"Are you still that girl who took up over half of the bed?" I ask her in a playful tone. "Cause if so, then we're gonna have some problems." I smiled at her.

"Why Dean, I never hogged the bed, I just moved around until I was really comfy." she replied. She has some of the most quirky comebacks. "And for your information, I much rather prefer to cuddle these days."

"I'm not gonna argue with that. I can dig a good cuddle." With that I pull her close to me and wrap my arms around her small body. She put her head on my chest and laid one of her arms across my body. She was freezing but I was more than happy to snuggle closer and try to share some body heat with her. Normally I would never cuddle with chicks I sleep with. Then again, when I sleep with a girl, we don't actually sleep. We burn calories in the funnest way possible. But I have this feeling that I wouldn't want to only have sex with Cat then kick her out of the room. She means more to me than being just a fling.

Her breathing started to even out and she started to relaxed. I began humming Hey Jude and eventually beagn falling asleep myself feeling content with how everything is right now.
