A few minutes after she and I had introduced ourselves, we both ended up hanging in her patio and drinking a few beer cans that she offered.
"So, what are you doing here all alone, Caly?" I asked but instead of being answered, she gave me a shrug. Not that I was complaining or anything but I normally didn't have any problems with getting answers, especially from girls. She stayed quiet, if it wasn't for her asking me if I wanted to hang out, I would've thought she hated my presence.

"What about you, J? What's a hot guy doing here all alone?" her question took my offguard so I ended up copying her, giving her a shrug.

Caly really seemed like she had no idea who I was and it was refreshing to meet someone that I had to introduce myself to. She was also different from most of the girls that I knew because instead of a face filled with make up, I can appreciate her natural beauty. The way she blushes, or how her dimples show when she smiles. The way her hazel brown eyes turn a little golden when she's under the sun. Sitting in front of me, her dark brown hair in a messy bun, no trace of make up and yet she was still breathtakingly gorgeous. It was a first for me to actually be really looking at a girl like this.

"Okay, how about we both agree not to ask each other anything personal?" she suggested. Not asking anything personal about one another? I'd be crazy not to agree to that, what better way to have vacation that to have fun with a beautiful girl and not owing her anything about my life.

I gave her a look, "Deal but only if we get to ask one personal question. Just one question and then we proceed relaxing for the remainder of our weekend." I was just curious on one thing.

She gave me a look, "Just one question? Only one, okay?"

I smiled, "Yeah. Just one."

Rolling her beautiful hazel eyes, "Okay fine, what are you so curious about?"

"Just wondering why you're out here alone, if you're running away from someone? An ex-boyfriend, maybe?" I was quite curious if she was taken or not, because let's face it I think I have a crush on her. Anyone would be stupid not to.

She laughed, "I'm running away alright but not from someone, certainly not from an ex." then she continued, "And for you, my question would be.... what exactly are you doing here at the lake house? You seem like the guy that would go and break hearts? Are you running away from someone who got their heartbroken then? I'm just pretty sure that girls would fall over you." and I'd like to think that she meant the last part as a compliment.

Her tone was teasing and I don't know if she asked for the sake of asking or because she was really curious. Nevertheless I gave her an honest answer, "Well I'm out here alone because I'm running away from reality for a little bit. We all need a breath of relaxation from reality. You know?"

"Cheers to running away then," she raised her can towards mine and just like that we continued to hang out the whole afternoon. Caly was a girl that any guy would fall for, because aside from her beauty, she was easy to get along with.

Caly and I decided to go back to our cabins so that we can freshen up before our movie night at my cabin. We agreed on a night of Marvel movie marathon, pizza delivery and some more beer.
Just as I grabbed my phone, it vibrated. Groaning before answering. "Hello, Mr. Bang?"

"Where the hell are you? The guys told me that you just suddenly disappeared out of nowhere, leaving a note of coming back after the weekend?"

I laughed a little and a little thankful that the guys didn't snitch out on me. "Exactly, Mr. Bang. I'm coming back after the weekend okay? I'll be back after."

"I'M ASKING YOU WHERE THE HELL YOU ARE, JUSTIN!"

"That's a secret, Mr. Bang. I just really need time to relax okay? I'll be back in the studio by Monday."
