Wrong turn [sequel to Wrong number]

Chapter 2

Happiness beams through me as we walk through the doors of the house bringing Oliver home for the first time. I walk upstairs holding him carful not to drop him or to rip my stitches out. Up in ollys room I lay him down in his crib, he is a very calm sleepy baby. Logan comes in holding his vlog camera and says "this is my beautiful wife to be as you know Bailey and this is addi, and our newest edition to the family, Oliver." He pans around the room on every one but he stays on Oliver for a second. After he turns the camera off I hug him. "We did it" I smile up at him. "We did it" He says looking down at Oliver. I never thought that we would end up here, you would have never known it from the start. I never knew that one wrong number would change my life, but one wrong turn could change it forever. My phone begins to ring in Logan's pocket I pick it up:
"Hello?"
"Is this Bailey"
"Yes whose asking?"
"This is Tammy Moore a doctor at st. Vincent hospital in Birmingham Alabama"
"Why are you calling me is someone hurt?"
"I'm calling you because grace Harper was in a fatal accident and we cannot find any of her family your the only name in her phone."
"She doesn't have any, ammo needed at the hospital is she okay?"
"I'm afraid that grace passed away this morning and we have no one to take her body"
"Wow um okay I'll call my
Mom there is absolutely no way I can get down there I just had a sea section"
"Okay well give me your moms number"
After o give her my moms number she hangs up. I can't believe grace is gone she was one of my closest friends in high school. It's insane how people die every few seconds without really ever getting the chance to ever live. By the time I get into the bed room Logan has already made me a bath with rose petals laying on top of the pearly pink water. I smile as I get in.
"Babyyyy get in its boring sitting her alone" I whine
"Fine" He laughs.
When Logan gets in we just sit there
"Where do you want to go for our honeymoon?"
"Hmmm I don't know.."
"How about I take you on a surprise honeymoon?"
"Sure" I laugh getting nervous at the surprise part.
When Logan "surprises me it's always exciting but also extremely unnecessary. I wish he'd just tell
Me what's going on in his head, he's so confusing sometimes. I love him though, he really does do things very extra because that's just Logan for you.
"What are you thinking about?" He asks getting out of the bath and drying off.
"You"
"Because you loveee mee"
"Yes love, I do" I laugh
"Admit im your favorite person on earth"
"Your so annoying!!" I exclaim getting dressed
"I know but you are too"
I just roll my eyes at his comment.
This goofball was going to be my husband soon. No going back now. As we lay in bed watching my favorite show on Netflix, the office. The baby starts to cry and I hear addi get up and walk into his room. Me and Logan quietly peek into the room to see addi laying in the crib with her baby brother stroking his blonde curls and humming a song to him. I smile as he goes back to sleep and addi slowly climbs out of the crib. Me and Logan go at a full sprint when she starts walking to the door. We both jump on our bed and act like we're asleep as addi tip toes into our room. She slowly crawls onto the bed and laying between me and Logan and she snuggles into my arms and whispers "good night mommy and daddy."
In the morning I wake up alone in bed and the sound of music ringing throughout the house I get up and basically run to Oliver's room. He isn't there, so I walk down to see Logan with one of those baby backpacks on with Oliver in it asleep making breakfast with addi. I smile and walk up to him "good morning beautiful" he smiles leaning down to kiss me. "Morning" I smile looking down at Oliver who is sound asleep. "How on earth is he asleep with all this going on" I laugh as addi runs and jumps into my arms. "Good morning mommy" she beams. "Good morning my beautiful girl, let's eat and get ready to go Lauren's she wants you to help her with a project and me and your daddy have to take Oliver to the doctor to get some shots."

After we eat and we are all dressed and ready I strap both addi and Oliver in their seats in the yeti. We ride as a family happily as we arrive at Lauren's new house. I dropped addi off with her in the drive way and then we go to the doctor. "Here mom hold him for me" the doctor says handing me Olly telling me to lay him on his stomach.  I close my eyes tight as the doctor gives him his first shot. He starts to cry and I can't help but cry with him. " Logan your gonna have to do this I can't" I say tears running down my face holding Oliver up to him and hopping off the table. I hate seeing my kids in pain it physically gives me pain. I stand in the corner with my eyes closed and my ears plugged as they continue giving him his shots. I hate this really bad.
