A/N For everyone that has read this far, thanks for sticking with me on this project. I know I put it off for a while but honestly I thought I was just another mediocre CGL author so I didn't think it'd reach any potential at all. Thank you readers💕

Also I saw that I have a #48 ranking and I'm forever thankful!

Namjoon slept for a long time that night, but Jungkook's sleep schedule had another plan. He woke up in the middle of the night, at the same time he had last night for sex from his beloved.

Jungkook wondered if Namjoon would be willing to do it again, since he knew well he would be up for a while. He tried to shake him awake three times, all of which to no avail.

Well, guess I'll go get a drink he thought to himself, getting up and climbing around Namjoon to do just that. He goes down stairs and into the kitchen, past the window that would normally have a blue sedan in the garage parking lot. Before he stepped into the kitchen, his bare feet stopped on the carpet.

Jungkook turned around and came to the window. After staring and calculating what he was seeing in his head, he realized that the car was missing. Why was it missing? Namjoon was home. There's no way it couldn't be here. Namjoon doesn't let anyone else drive it, not even Jungkook.

He hurries through the house and up the stairs to their bedroom and yells in the doorway, "NAMJOON KIM!"

Namjoon wakes up with a gasp immediately, turning around where he lay to the source of the loud sound. "Geez baby what's the commotion?" he groans, rubbing tiredness away from his eyes and stretching his arms above his head.

"Why isn't the car in the garage?" Jungkook asked softly. Namjoon looked at him confused. "What do you mean honey? Of course it is." Namjoon stated certainly. Jungkook took his wrist between his thumb and index finger and pulled on it, leading Namjoon through the house to the front window without a word to him.

Jungkook pointed to the window where there was an absence of a car. "Where is it?" Jungkook asked, his vowels beginning to sound less strict and more grumpy.  He was trying to sound aggressively dominant but steadily slipping into his little space as the stress and worry of an expensive object's disappearance.

"Oh, baby, you're little..." Namjoon cooed, his voice hoarse in exhaustion as he pressed the palm of his hand gently on Jungkook's cheek. "Don't--" Jungkook began, and was aiming to swat Namjoon's hand away but found himself unable to move. Along with his body his mind also froze and focused on one fact. Namjoon didn't care about the missing object. He didn't seem to care about anything but...

Him.

"Honey, I know it's missing. But that's okay. I can get a new one. We may have to walk or use the bus but for now, all I care about is you." Namjoon told him, leaning forward and kissing his forehead. Jungkook looked at him with a small smile on his face. "I'm sorry, I overreacted. I just knew how important it was to you because, well, you don't even let me drive it." Jungkook told  him. Namjoon gave a small chuckle. "I do let you drive it, you just happen to have a panic attack every time you get behind the wheel." he replied. Jungkook laughed aloud and hugged Namjoon's waist.

"You're right. I'm sorry." Jungkook told him, getting shushed by Namjoon's quiet lips. "It's okay. Let's get back to bed." he suggested in a whisper, turning Jungkook around softly and walking with him back to bed.
