Syrus and his demons

(Second P.O.V)

"Jaden Yuki, huh," you say, "You've talked about him quite a bit. It'll be exiting to meet him,"

"Yes!" Syrus jumps out of this chair, pumping his fist into the air.

You watch Syrus dance around the kitchen for a few minutes, debating in your mind whether or not to tell him who you ran into tonight.

"Hey, Sy," I said hesitantly, "I have something to tell you, seriously,"

Syrus stopped his dance and stared up at me, "What's up?"

"I saw your brother at my party tonight," I scan his face for any form of emotion, but all I saw was a frozen expression, before he collapsed to the floor, "Syrus? Syrus!"  

"I-I'm fine," he reassured me, "It's just that I never thought I would hear about him again, ya know? After all he did to everyone who cared about him,"

I help him up onto a chair, and gave him a hug, "If it makes you feel any better, he looked pretty messed up. He's not the same without you, Sy,"

"I DON'T WANT HIM TO BE A MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Syrus screamed pulling away from the hug, "I WAN HIM TO BE NORMAL!!! I WANT HIM TO BE A GOOD PERSON!" 

The tears on Syrus' face were more than visible as his arms clenched his stomach and he found his place back on the floor. Sobbing more than I had ever seen him, I crouched down and patted his shoulder, trying my best to comfort my oldest brother.

"I don't want him to be my brother..." Syrus mumbled, his sobbing still more audible than his words, "Even before, he became like this, he wasn't a good brother, but he was better than this demonized 'Hell Kiaser'. I definitely like you more as my sibling, but I want him to be better, ya know?" he sits up and looks at you with watery eyes and clouded glasses, "Thank you, (Y/N)," Syrus says finally hugs you with all his might, "You're the best sister I could ask for, I love you,"

You hug back as gently as you can, as if trying not to break your delicate sibling, "Thanks, Syrus, I love you too,"

There you two sat, on the kitchen floor, embraced, not moving for a very long time.
