-Georgia's P.O.V-

I hated parties.

I'd never really been the type to stand at a bar all night and get wasted but according to Carrie that is what I am spending my night doing. So here I am, at Revs, just standing here. On my own. As per usual.

"Cheer up, Gee. You look awful standing there like a misery arse." Carrie said, waltzing over with yet another drunk male in tow. I internally groaned, knowing he was another of her one night stands that she would regret in the morning.

"I'm sorry Car, I am just not feeling it." I told her "Oh and you might want to ditch loverboy now before you're heartbroken later." I added

"Fuck you, Gee. I am off." Carrie said before dragging the drunk with her. Does this mean I can leave or?

I didn't mean to sound so harsh towards her, but just recently it's been a new fella every weekend and I am getting sick of it. I would LOVE to find someone, but it's my sister that has the looks. Not me.

I feel someone walk behind me and lean against the bar.

"I'll have a koppaberg.. And whatever the lovely lady next to me is having.." I hear an incredibly... Sexy voice say. Shame he must be taken. That lucky lady he is buying a drunk for I say to myself. I turn around to look at him when I see him holding a drink out in my direction.

"My name is Ricky.. What's yours?" He asked me in his incredibly cheeky accent, sending me a wink as he spoke.

"I'm Georgia.. And thank you by the way.. For the drink" I semi-stuttered. Oh damn you nerves, always ruining it.

"You're welcome, Georgia. Beautiful name by the way." Ricky commented, still eyeing me up and down.

I knew I was blushing, I always do. It's really not often that somebody pays attention to me, well he probably won't if Carrie comes back over.

"Stop blushing! It's the truth!" He said, stepping fractionally closer to me. I didn't mind though.

"Well thank you." I smiled politely back at him.

I woke up in a very unfamiliar place and automatically panicked. I could feel somebody else's body heat radiating against me an.. Oh shit. I was pretty sure neither of us had any clothes on.

I closed my eyes in frustration and it all came flooding back.

Ricky

The drinks

The conversations

The dance

....the kiss

I tried to sit up slowly, as not to wake him but I was unsuccessful when I heard his undeniable morning voice.

"Where are you going?" Ricky asked me. Rubbing his eyes, trying to get them open. I tried to think of an excuse, and truth is I would've loved to stay there with him. But he wouldn't ever see me as more than an easy lay.

"I have work in two hours, and last night was fun Ricky but we both know it was a one night stand." I said as I quickly slipped back in to my dress.

"Georgia!" He called as I left the room but I didn't look back. I couldn't look in to those eyes again.

I opened the front door and stepped outside, taking in my surroundings. His house was lovely and very isolated.. It was beautiful. I shook my head, as if telling myself off for day dreaming and walked out of his garden gates.

I walked around a while, until I found a Costa, then sat down.

"Ah you're on time.. That's what I like to see" My new boss complimented me as I walked in to her office. It was big and white, typical managers room. Quite plain really.

"Yes, I presumed you would like to give me some Job details." I said as politely as possible, god I hate first day nerves.

"You will be working as part of the makeup team on a television show called 'the voice'. You will be in charge of two coaches make-up, I am not sure who until you're in ther. Are you ready for this Miss. Freeman?" The lady asked me.

"As I will ever be."
