The fallen god

Part 4

Y/n looked over too the large creature as it stared at him with its head cocked to the side almost curiously, both however were emmiting a murderous aura so strong it caused the others to begin to back away, Nora holding ren over her shoulder as he was injured from attempting to kill the creature that had destroyed his home and was unable to move. y/n knew what this creature was as he had encountered it before but it escaped barely after a near fatal blow if it weren't for other Grimm interfering in the battle, but this time nothing would interfere as the two circled each other y/n holding a blade in each hand as they sparked with fire and the Grimm dragging its sharp talons against the ground. the Grimm stretched its arm forward at a quick speed, y/n barely dodging the attack and retaliating with a charged flaming arrow directly into its eye cause it to shriek before grabbing y/n and slamming him on the ground and throwing him to the side, y/n got up out of the rubble of one of the buildings with a few cuts and bruises on his body as he cracked his neck and getting into a low stance, his left arm holding one of his golden blade in it as he sprinted towards the Grimm, it swiping at him as he slid underneath it, stabbing its underside and dragging the blade through its gut causing it to collapse onto its legs almost crushing y/n in the process but just barely missing him as he got up, it's upper half looked at him and let out another screech that pushed him back from the sheer force, holding himself in place by jamming his blades in the ground trying to think of another plan while the other four had been able to escape from the village and were watching from the "outside" until an idea reached y/n's head as he moved into a somewhat sprinting position, his winged boots glowing again but brighter this time until he began to slowly move towards it, step by step slowly reaching it holding out his armored right arm which was beginning to gain a glimmer to it as he moved closer, the shine on the fleece glowing brighter and brighter until it almost blinded the group watching from the sidelines until y/n let out a shout, cocked his right arm back as the glow condensed into his hand and threw a large gold orb at a extremely fast speed which slammed into the creatures head causing it to stop shrieking, it's head drooping down as the organs of its lower body began to fall out and spread across the ground a large pool of blood reaching y/n's feet as he walked towards it slightly panting from the encounter ready to finally kill it as he raised both of his blades until he heard something, or more of someone "I'd rather not have you kill one of my most favorite creations spartan" hearing her voice distracted y/n as he lowered his blades "after all, you did kill Tyrian one of my best servants" "Salem" he could almost hear the sinister yet collected smile on her face just from the sound of her voice as she spoke again "hello my son" "why do you speak too me now mother if you know full well I seek to destroy you" y/n said with hatred as he once again raised his blades about to kill the creature not noticing its blood turning black and bubbling "if you did not have your petty need for vengeance things would be much different my son" y/n ignored her until thousands of tiny hands began to drag it into the puddle as it struggled and tried to claw its way out but was pulled in regardless "i will not allow you to destroy one of my most beautiful creations" Salem said in a dark and distorted voice as the ground began to crack and shift causing y/n to somewhat lose balance until looking at the dark puddle watching a large almost crab like leg reach out of the pool and dig into the ground as more legs reached out and began to hoist up the creature attached to them as a large horse like head rose out of it but seemingly made from the black puddle of "water" letting out a insanely loud roar as it looked down at the spartan, y/n watched as it's chest became incased with a tough looking material that he knew he wouldn't be able to break unless somehow being able to stun the beast. It reared it's head back and began to breath what seemed to be "fire" as it attempted to hit y/n who was already aiming for it's chest, it retaliated and smacked him away with one of its legs causing him to flip and just barely dodge another swipe that knocked out more buildings in the surrounding area, the spartan was able to hook his blades onto one of its legs as it reared back again allowing for him to swing into the air and cock back his right arm already covered by one of the cestus as he lurched the other arm still holding a blade back causing him to slam into its lower jaw with so much force it snapped out of place causing it to dangle there effectively stunning the creature allowing for y/n to grip onto the claw of one of its legs and begin to rip it off, giving y/n perfect weapon to kill as he grabbed the hard shell protecting its chest and ripping it open with a sickening crunch as it let out a pained squeal and swiping at the spartan who blocked it with the fleece, causing a bright flash, giving him enough time to stab his blades into the claw he ripped off and jam it into the creatures chest, in turning forcing it to slump over almost dead, but y/n wasn't done as he stepped back for a head start and sprinted at full speed into the claw now impaled into its chest and slamming it further into the monster as it finally stopped moving and began to sink into the puddle it had come from. Y/n was breathing heavy as he turned the opposite direction and began to walk out drenched in blood and the strange tar colored liquid, putting his blades back on his back, walking towards the group who moved even farther back this time into the trees all with completely horrified faces as he walked closer. Until the sound of a large thud echoed from the ground, much larger than when the first creature emerged, cracks formed in the ground and stretched out to y/n's feet as he slowly turned back around with an extremely pissed look on his face as he watched it pull itself out with human like arms but with glowing red markings on its body that pulsed with energy, the same horse like creature but at least seven more were attached to its body as it looked at him with glowing red eyes holding what was similar to a trident in its hand "you dare challenge me mortal" it paused "A SERVANT OF THE GODDESS"
