Magic #1: First Impression

Chapter 3 Journey

"Cool house, Jack" said Robert, as I was giving Robert, Caitlin, and Ashley a tour of my house.

"Thanks." I said.

" I really like it"said Caitlin.

I had invited them over, and expected an hour to get ready, but it turns out that there was water near Roberts house, Caitlin was an air sorceress, and Ashley was an earth sorceress. So I only had a few minutes.

"So, we're all new, but where did you guys go before now? I went to Draggies school of arts. Our mascot was a dragon." I said.

"Draggies!?  Even our school wasn't as embarrassing as that!" said Robert "We went to Dinklebed. Our mascot was a dingo." said Caitlin.

"I went to a school with a normal name. It was called Oak school. Our mascot was a squirrel."said Ashley.

"Watch this!" said Caitlin She was gone for a few minutes, and then back with a boy. "Really!!!! I'm Rex." he said. He suddenly burned Caitlin, Ashley, Robert, and me.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaah!"screamed Ashley. I dodged it by moving fast, but all I saw was a blur of blue and flesh. When I stopped, I saw Ashley on the ground, not breathing, Caitlin rushing over to her, and Robert blasting Rex."Ashley!"Caitlin screamed."We were trying to pull a prank on you, but now, Ashley's not breathing!" "Ha!" Ashley said."It worked! I put a spell on myself! It made me sound and look like I wasn't breathing!"

The next day, I ran to school. I had a great payback plan! When I got there, I said "Zeemondallion!" and pointed my dragon horn at their seats. When the bell rang, all I had to do was say Dazon to activate the interactive glue spell, and also say Feeron to activate the grabbing spell.

" Everyone! Seats!" Said m Mrs. Heusen." Today, we will be going outside for you to practice. You will do 5 things, and then come back and sit down." I ran around the track 10 times, then did a rope ladder, then ran over a ramp, battled a dummy, and then battled an adult. When the bell rang,  "Dazonfeeron!" I said. Suddenly, Robert, Ashley, and Caitlin were pantsed.

In Draconial class, we all got Eggneeraymeese, which was a serum-like thing that we could put in our dragon eggs in an emergency situation and have to wait only 72 hours to be able to ride it. Then, we learned that there are 6 stages in a dragons life. Here is the cycle:

And then the bell rang, and the speaker came on. "Will Jack Vant please report to the principle's office?."And that was my doom. Or so I thought.

"Hello, Jack. I don't believe that we have met. I am Principle Tigre."

"No, I don't think we have."

"Okay, listen up. This world is going to come to an end, unless, however, a hero with the last name Vant saves it. Which is why your going on a journey. Tomorrow."

"What!!!??? Why!?"

" A journey, tomorrow, to save the world. You can take 3 friends. Put the Eggneeraymeese in your egg tonight. Tell your friends to also do this. The Eggneeraymeese is usually given to the students on the fourth day of school. We had told the Draconial class teacher to give you the Eggneeraymeese ahead of time."
