Chapter 4

Nandini stood in front of her bathroom mirror and stared at her broken state.

Her hands fisted the wash basin slab tightly and she gulped.

"Work for me Nandini! The condition is simple!"

Manik's words rang in her head and she rolled her eyes in disgust.

That man had broken her badly.

This morning when she woke up, she felt his familiar fragrance around that's when she realized that his black blazer was all wrapped around her.

That made her cry so so much. Why!?

Why was he doing all this?

Why was he breaking her beyond repair?

She hugged his blazer closer and cried for hours.

Why are you crying for a man who used your weakness to make you come closer to him? Lady Subconscious had screamed at her and she cried harder.

Stop being so weak Nandini! Whatever Manik did was so wrong! He snatched your pride! He broke through your ego! He doesn't care for you! The only thing mattered to him was his ZID! Ms. Subconscious was damn angry.

Now get up! Wipe these bloody tears and tell him on his face that he is an ASS! Ms. Subconscious shouted proudly at Nandini and all of a sudden she felt strong.

Yes...yes! She wasn't weak.

She was Nandini.

She was a survivor.

She'll not cry for that loser.

She had wiped her tears almost fiercely and had thrown his blazer away.

Then she had gotten up and went to take a hot shower.

Now from last fifteen minutes she was staring at her reflection in the mirror.

She was planning for revenge.

If he's an ASS be a B!tch to him! Lady Subconscious was shouting at her face.

Tell him that he can't buy everything from money! She shouted again and patted Nandini's shoulder.

He may have bought your orphanage but he can never buy you! She added with a smirk, folding its hands proudly over its chest and Nandini straightened her neck mimicking lady subconscious.

"Manik Malhotra! Chun chun kar badly loon ge! Bohat shook hai na apko! Mjhy apni personal assistant banany ka? Ab dekhna! You'll get to know Nandini kya cheez hai!" Nandini swore under her breath and huffed at her own reflection before strolling out of the bathroom to get ready.

She was all motivated and determined.

Manik was so gone, now.
