The abstract concept of love was absurd.

It drains the person once filled to the brim with passion, until they're a hollow person sucked into a vortex of loathe. The said feeling does change people; but for the worse, and of that Jimin was positive. Any attempts of convincing him to believe otherwise were futile and how could they possibly not be? He had seen the love between both him and a certain someone and his parents dissipate while changing like the seasons.

Initially, their hearts were infused with overwhelming warmth and zeal, much alike to summer. As the warm gusts transposed any semblance of love into thin air, the dreary and stark cold days followed, with coffee as bitter as their words. The withering and wilting leaves resembled their relationships-drained of life.

Jimin found solace in music.

He learned to confine his emotional turmoil in the haphazardly strewn music sheets. Pouring his mundane emotions in his singing was way easier for him, considering everyone he sought worthy of his trust inevitably turned their backs on him, leaving merely sleepless nights and nostalgia behind.

Min Yoongi found his smile contagious and was drawn in by his distinct voice. Having subscribed to his channel when Jimin was barely starting off his career as a YouTube star, he was quite possibly the most avid follower of his music off of the one million subscribers.

When he discerned an uncanny pattern of numbers across all of Jimin's hoodies and video titles, he uncovered what, probably, the truth was.

It was a countdown.

But to what exactly, his obdurate self was willing to find out. And perhaps in the spur of it, decipher the mystery that Park Jimin was.

There it is. I'm in a daze right now because the book crossed 80+ reads, it's surreal. Thank you for all your support and please leave comments and votes because I need to know if you disliked or liked something about the plot.
The Prologue was written this way because I needed to give a little insight on Jimin's character, considering his character is a tad complicated while Yoongi is more or less an open book, really. And the book does contain humor, it's not as dark as the prologue makes it out to be lmao.
The first chapter will be up soon so keep an eye out for that. Thank you again for everything!
