The Himejima family

I ran through the woods, bleeding from the head, and torso. I barely got away from the attackers, but I couldn't stop. For all I know, they could still be chasing me. After a while, I tripped over some rocks, making me fall down to the ground. I just laid still for a bit, still exhausted from the events that had occurred. A few tears fell from my face, as I just now realized....I am all alone.

Soon, I heard a few footsteps drawing closer. I look up to see a man with black hair, muscular body, and violet eyes.

"Young man, what are you doing here?" He asked in a stern voice. I slowly stood up.

"I-I don't know. I was just running from danger, and I guess I ended up here." I shrugged.

"Danger?" He asked making lightning form in his hand.

"Yeah, a bunch of people attacked me and my family. They...killed my parents, and everyone else. I'm the only survivor." I said sadly. He let the lightning on his hand shrink and dissipate.

"I'm sorry to hear that. But, may I ask why these people did this?" He asked.

"Because, I'm a monster." I said turning my head from him.

"Is it because you're a fallen angel?" He asked. My eyes widened as I looked at him and his newly formed wings.

"How did you-"

"I think I know my own kind's aura when I sense it." He laughed, then made his wings disappear. "Young man, how old are you?"

"Twelve." I said. He seemed surprised by this.

"And having witnessed what you did...despicable." He said angrily.

"Yeah. Well, I guess I'll go now." I said.

"Where?" He asked.

"Umm...good question. I guess I'll find the answer." I said walking away.

"Wait!" He called out. I stopped and turned to him. "How about you live with me? I have a family, a wife and daughter. I think you two would make good friends." He smiled.

"Really?" I asked. He nodded. "Well, Okay! Thanks!" I said happily. "I'm Y/N L/N." I said.

"Baraqiel Himejima." He walked to me and extended his hand for a hand shake, which I did.

"Then it's nice to have you here. But, I just have one rule." He said still smiling.

"Sure, What is it?" I asked. He then tightened his grip on my hand.

"My daughter is nothing more to you than just a friend! Got it?!" He asked. I smiled nervously.

"Y-Yes sir!" I said. He then let go of my hand.

"Then I think we'll get along just fine." He said, then wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

Don't worry guys, nothing will happen with the reader and Akeno while she is still young. I know the reader is twelve at the time, but I still think people would be a bit weirded out.

Once we entered the house he brought me to, I was immediately met with the sight of a girl running into Baraqiel's arms.

"Father! Welcome home!" She said happily. She looked to be younger than me, but not by much.

"Hey, Akeno. I missed you." He said, hugging her tightly.

"Me too!" She said. Only then did she notice me. "Dad, who's this?" She asked.
