Reunification

Forgot to mention, your height is 6 foot 3, and your big, but not fat. More so muscle. I usually don't bother with this, but some people like to know this stuff, so here you go.

On the train ride home, all I could think about was Akeno. Realizing it's been about four years since I've seen her, I thought about what she would look like, her personality, and her magical power now. I'm sure all of it would be very different. But, would she even recognize me? I mean, I act and look very differently, my knowledge of magical power is a lot more than before.

You know what, I shouldn't even worry about it.

Anyway, once Vali and I got off the train I went home to my house, and walked in the door. It was a nice little house, but not anything special. It was one story, two bedroom, two bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, and not much else. I'm not complaining, it's definitely a nice place to live at seventeen.

I walked to my bedroom, and went to sleep, not bothering to set an alarm.

Timeskip

It was about November. I was planning on joining school in August, but Azazel said he didn't want to have any loose ends. So, Vali and I went on a string of missions eliminating each and every would be rogue fallen angel or devil. Devils and fallen angels usually all turn into monsters when they turn, so I always put them down.

In all my fights, I've only gotten so powerful that I went crazy one time. It was against an entire peerage, minus the king, of rogue devils.

Flashback

Vali and I were doing our usual routine of surprising the devils in their hideout. He would get the high ground, and I would come in after that. As I hid waiting for Vali, the devils were talking about Sirzechs, and how he is unfair. I didn't care what they thought of Sirzechs or anyone. Azazel told us to take them out, and I'm going to accomplish that.

"Hmm, something smells....wrong." A devil said.

'What the fuck?' I thought. I peek over a few crates. The rogues sure did like their abandoned warehouses.

I see a woman in the middle with spider like legs, and fangs. My questioning look turns into one of disgust.

"It smells like.....INTRUDERS." She yelled, then caught Vali as he dropped down. I immediately rushed in activating my sacred gear, attempting to aid my friend. I easily shot down one of the weaker ones, and then punched the spider-lady. Vali was released and began doing his thing, while I took on the spider.

"Well Well, I was wondering when my next meal would show up." She said, slowly moving towards me.

"Come on Itsy bitsy, bring it!" I said. She then proceeded to scratch me, bite me, and use magic on me. I dodged all the magical attacks but let her do anything physically painful to me.

After a while, I was significantly strengthened. I was able to punch and keep attacking the lady, but each time, she was able to counter with her own. After a while of fighting, she grabbed me and held me down, and began to bite me, while also using her mandibles to crush me.

I was screaming in pain and agony, hoping Vali could hear me. I look over to see him still fighting the rest, as I was still crying out in pain. I reach for the woman's spider mandibles, and try to pry them apart, but I wasn't able to, and lay limp.

"Mmm, I can already tell you're going to have good blood to suck!" She exclaimed.
