*the next day*

I wake up to the thought of what happend yesterday.

Zion.

I pick up my phone to call him.

Its starts to ring.

Ring........ring.......ring.......ring....

"You have reached the voicemail box of-"

I hang up and start to call him again

Ring.......ring.......ri-

Z: hello?

His voice sounded tired and raspy.

N: hey. Are you okay?

Z: yeah. Why wouldn't I be?

N: its- yesterday. Was wild

Z: oh. Yeahh. But your okay though right? Like seriously"

N: yes Zion I'm fine. I was just calling to check up on you.

Z: okay. Well im fine too.

N: good. Ill talk to you later, Alexys is calling me.

Z: okay. Bye love you

N: love you too.

I Hang up the phone from Zion and answer the call from Alexys

N: hello

A: morning sunshine

N: morning

A: you still wanna hang out today?

N: oh. Yeah of course.

A: great. Ill come by at 2ish?

N: okay. But girl. I got some shit to tell you.

A: nope nope. Save it until I come pick you up.

*call ends*

I get out of bed to go take a shower.

It was 11:46 so I might as Well get my clothes ready for 2:00

Before I get into the shower, I take a look at my shoulder. I had a bruise from where the man he grabbed me.

I turn on the shower nice and hot for me. And stay in there for a good 45 minutes. Knowing my mom would say something about using up all the hot water later.

After I get out, I touch up my hair and go down stairs.

I guess my mom went to work Cause she's not here. I hope she doesn't mind me going out with Alexys for a bit.

I fix me something to eat then I head back upstairs to get dressed.

I put on some jean shorts and a T-shirt and wait for Alexys to come pick me up.

She finally arrives and I leave the house making sure I lock the door behind me.

"Hey" she says as I open the car door

"Wassup" I reply.

"We gonna chill at my house a bit. oh and Nick is gonna be there. Is that cool?"

"Yeah of course" I tell her.

She drives out my drive way and head towards her house.

The car ride was awfully quiet.

"Uhm you good?" Alexys ask me.

There was another silence

"Nina!" She says raising her voice.
