I was playing Minecraft on my computer, the game that got us all together now. I got a call from an unknown number. Knowing that I've never done this before, I answered it.
"Hello?" I asked while pausing my multiplayer game. Totally didn't die.
"Kat, I know you disappeared from your mother and them, but you can at least tell me." My dad's voice says from the phone.
I freeze for two seconds before hanging up. I feel like crying, but I couldn't.
Why did he call me? I question myself over and over expecting an answer.
I was broken from my thoughts by voices.
"She's staring off into space, are we sure she's okay?" Nesha asked.
"Yes, I stare off into space sometimes thinking of tacos." Kyber says.
"Oh my fuck, shut up about tacos!" I scream.
"Okay, dang." He says. But then whispers a 'never'.
"Are you okay?" Nesha asked.
"Never better." I lie as Kyber jumps out a window. I also heard more shattering, assuming it's Sammy also jumping out a window.
"You don't have to lie, you have been off lately." Nesha says.
Then reality hit me, I'm alone on my room with my crush that I've had since 7th grade. My face was burning hot from blush.
"W-what do you mean?" I stuttered not helping my situation.
"Autumn told me that you were sad, she never told me the reason. I want to know." She said.
aUtUmN, wHy. "Heh.. Well, since 7th grade.. You know when we dated.. Eh.." I had no idea what to say, but truth. Lies weren't forming in my brain anymore and my heart was overriding the control center of my body.
"Is it because we broke up?" She asked.
"That and.." I started, then whispered "I still sorta loved you after that and ignored my feelings so you wouldn't know and felt broken since then."
Silence entered the room, with a pinch of awkward.
I closed my eyes, not wanting to see her or else urges would come back into my head. The ones I don't want to fulfill ever again. I only make others happy, not myself.
I felt arms around me, and warmth. I was being hugged. I slowly moved my arms to hug back. I opened my eyes as we parted from the hug. Our eyes met, making my thoughts go to only her and my face to go red in blush.
"We can hang out later, if you want." She said.
"OF COURSE!" I yelled without realizing. "O-of c-course.." I said, way quieter than the yelling version.
She then left my room without another word.
You got me fucked up. But at least.. Alone time with her.. OH GOD I'M GONNA DIE!

eh.. I used Autumn. Heh..
I'm having a sleepover with my friend Luz today, since we both have summer school, NOTHING MATTERS.
