"Fliqpy!" I screamed as I nearly fell down the stairs. I looked at the hallway, which was bloody. "Fliqpy!" I screamed again, whipping around. I heard a low giggle in the other room. The room where we kept what was supposed to be decorative weapons. It served as a reminder to me and toys to Fliqpy. I ran into the room, seeing Fliqpy standing over what was left of a corpse. "What the hell happened!? I was gone only a few minutes!" I yelled. Fliqpy turned to face me, his yellow eyes shining. "I didn't want to alarm you, Flippy, so I took care of them," he replied, dropping the knife in his hand. He wiped the blood away from his eyes. "That doesn't answer my question! What was that noise?! And where did all this blood come from!?"

He tossed a pin at me. "That was the source of the noise. The blood came from them," he said as he motioned towards the bodies. I studied the pin. "This is from.. from a fucking grenade!?" He chuckled lowly. "Indeed. Take a closer look at the bodies," he said, walking past me. I tucked the pin into my pocket. I stared at the mass of body parts before picking up a piece of cloth. "Is... there's no way!?"

I grabbed Fliqpy by the shoulders. He smiled at me. "Relax sugar~ I told you already, I took care of them," he said. I teared up, shaking. "But if they found us, that means there will be more!" I cried. He shrugged, taking the military cloth from me. "Don't fret so much. If there's more, I can deal with it. The look on their faces when they saw me standing there was priceless!" he laughed. "They had no fucking clue! They thought this was just another E.C.!" I leaned against the wall. "But... in a sense, this is just another E.C..." I cried. He hooked his arm around my hips and pulled me close. "Don't think that way, Flippy. While this place may be a byproduct of them, this certainly isn't another camp. It's still home," he said. He ran his hand through my hair, soothing me. I took some shaky breaths before hugging him tightly. "At least help me pick up your mess."

Splendid had shown up not long after. He went pale at the sight. "What happened here!? I heard something go off!" he exclaimed. Fliqpy regaled his story in detail, making Splendid sick. I shoved Fliqpy into the other room. I tried to lace my words together carefully as I said, "I think that we may never truly be free... Those bodies wear the same outfit as we do..." Splendid glanced at the body that was hanging on the wall. "You mean...? Your military group?" he whispered. I only nodded and he went pale. "But how did they find this town? It's not marked on any map!" he said. "I know."

Fliqpy sang to himself happily as we managed to clean up everything. Splendid was kind enough to put up a temporary door for us. I slid farther down the tub, feeling the hot water burn my skin. I sighed deeply, closing my eyes. When I opened them again, Fliqpy was standing over me. I screamed, splashing him as I stood up. "W-What the fuck is your problem!?" I yelled. Fliqpy laughed as he shook his head like a dog. "Aw, did I scare you?" he teased. I frowned. "Of course you did, you asshole! How did you even get in here!? I locked the door!" I huffed, sitting back down. He sat behind me. "You forget I know how to pick locks," he reminded me, dunking his hands into the water. "You sure like to boil yourself alive," he mumbled.

I flicked more water at him. "Stop doing that! Can't I ever get some peace around here?" I said. He laughed and dunked my head under the water. He waited until I popped back up, coughing. "Nope~" he sang. I grumbled to myself as he dumped the shampoo on me. "Don't waste it all!" I whined as he began to rub it into my hair. "I won't, I won't," he mumbled. He took the shower head above me and without waiting for it to warm up, he sprayed me. I cried out in shock. "Dammit Fliqpy! What the fuck!?" He laughed, holding his sides. "Sorry~ I forgot~" he laughed. I glared at him. "Bullshit!"

He grinned to himself as he eventually washed my hair. I pressed my head into his hands a little, sighing in contempt. As much of an asshole as he is, it was the little things like this that made me crawl back to him. He was always really good with his hands.

"Hey Fliqpy...?" I hummed softly. "What is it, Flippy?" he asked as he leaned against the tub. I looked at him. His yellow eyes were slightly dull now and he had a slight pout as he rested his chin on the edge of the tub. I smiled softly. I wanted to ask more about what happened earlier, but something told me I could wait just a little longer. "Why are you pouting?" I asked, scooting closer to him. He looked away. "I'm not pouting," he grumbled. I giggled. "Yes you are! It's written all over your face!" I teased. He splashed me a little. "Am not!" he argued. I giggled a little more. "Sure, sure. Could you hand me my towel then?"

I sat the edge of my bed. While we had our own separate rooms, one of us always wound up in the other's bed. I still had reoccurring nightmares, and lately they were getting worse. Fliqpy was the only one who was able to sooth me back to sleep. I watched him dig through my closet. "Why are you going through my clothes, Fliqpy? You don't fit them," I said, drying my hair off. He said something, but it was muffled. "What was that?" I asked. He huffed and stood up. "I said, just cause they don't fit me doesn't mean I can't look," he said. I frowned a little. "You better not be going through my boxers again, you pervert," I warned. He laughed a bit and shook his head. "No, I'm not. Just trying to find you something comfortable to wear," he replied, grabbing my camouflage sweatpants. He threw them at me and I set them down. "Can you give me my black shirt then?" I asked. He, again, threw it at me. "Stop throwing my stuff!" I said as I set my wet towel on a hook.

He grabbed me and threw me onto the bed. I gripped at my towel around my waist. "I'll throw whatever the hell I want," he hissed as he pinned me to the bed. I felt my cheeks burn. "T-This is my room..." I mumbled, looking away. He gently bit my neck. "What was that?" he whispered in my ear. I felt a shiver go down my spin. "N-Nothing!" I quickly replied. He smirked, biting my ear. "Must I remind you not to ever tell me what to do?" he asked. I blushed deeply, grabbing the back of his shirt. "I think you do."
