"What did he do to you!?" Fliqpy yelled, grabbing me by the shoulders. He shook me violently, nearly ripping my shirt off to examine my body. I fought back to get out of his grip. I squirmed in his hands, looking away. Fliqpy seethed with hatred as he found some marks on my chest. He shoved me against the wall. "Why did you let him do this!?" he shouted at me.

"I had no choice! If I don't do what he says, I might lose you and Splendid!" I shouted back, tearing up. "I can't lose Splendid! And I especially can't lose you! I love you and I know you have more pride than to die because of me!"

Fliqpy frowned, gripping me more. He stared at me, huffing a little. "I told you from day one that you belonged to me and only me. I know you're only following orders and I can't stay mad at you for trying to protect Splendid. If everything goes according to plan, leave him to me. I'll make sure he pays for dirtying you."

"Do you hate me for this?"

"Of course not!"

"But I'm gross and used now."

"Flippy. I love you. And nothing will ever change that."

I looked at him, studying his bright yellow eyes. They always shone of hatred but they were soft when they looked at me. "Do you promise?"

"I promise."

I relaxed a little, wrapping my arms around him tightly. I hugged him, burying my face in him. Even in here, everything still felt real. He hugged me back, brushing his hand through my hair. I kept my grip tight on his shirt. "I don't want to leave. At least here, I can still hug you," I said softly.

Fliqpy laughed a little. "You can hug me all you want once we get out of here. Hell, I'll even let you do that thing you like," he replied. I lit up, looking up at him.

"Really!?" I asked. He smiled.

"As long as it's not in public, I think you've earned it," he replied. I hugged him tighter.

"Can I do it for as long as I like?"

"Fine."

I giggled, kissing his cheek. He hated to admit it, but he loves ear scratches like a dog. And I love scratching him because of his reactions. He always melted into it and it's one of the few times he really expresses his love. It's my favorite thing to do to him but he hates it.

He smiled softly, pulling my face to his. He gently kissed me and I melted into it.

I woke up with a start, drenched in sweat. I had kicked off my blanket and torn into my pillow. I looked at the stuffing around me. I looked up after catching my breath. My bunk mates were pressed against the wall on the other side of the room. "Oh.. Good morning," I said softly. "I tried to warn you..."

The taller one laughed a little, clearly nervous and the bags under his eyes showed me the lack of sleep. "Yeah. I guess you did. Sorry, we just weren't expecting such a violent way of sleeping," he replied. The shorter one only agreed with a nod.

"I really am sorry. I'll try to better myself so you won't lose sleep over me," I replied. My whole lower half was sore as I sat up and swung my legs over the edge of the bed. "How did I even end up back here?"

"Sargent brought you back. He said that you had passed out while you guys were filling out papers. My guess is between the lack of sleep you get and the overwhelming amount of emotions from these last few days really did a toll on you. Sargent said you just passed right out in the middle of writing something," he replied. I only laughed in response.

"Yeah. That sounds about right. I was really exhausted when he asked and I was fighting off the sleep already. I hope he isn't mad at me for passing out on him like that.." I mumbled. The wanna be Sneaky sat next to me, smiling a little.

He gently patted my back. "I'm sure he understands. He was nice enough to bring you back and tuck you in after all," he replied. I laughed a little, nodding.

"Fair enough."

A knock on the door broke our train of thought and Sargent stepped in. We all scrambled for attention, my whole body straining against me as I stood tall. My knees trembled a little and I let out a soft sigh of relief when he told us to ease. "I'm glad to see you're okay, Flippy. You hit your head pretty hard when you passed out on me like that," he commented. I blushed a little and smiled softly.

"I'm very sorry about that, sir."

He smiled and nodded. "I see you're still an early riser as well. You can join us for breakfast but I'd like to see you rest up some more. As for you two, let's get a move on. We have a long day," he ordered. We all saluted to him and like drones, got dressed in our uniforms in record time and followed him to the little dining tent. It was always busy in there, people crowded around for the bland slop they called food. I cringed internally at my tray. God, I missed my kitchen already. At least Fliqpy could cook better than this. Hell, I'll take his burnt pancakes over this.

I picked at the mush, noting the dull discoloration of it. I ate it without a fuss, letting the guys chat over one another. At least when I was here, I had Sneaky and Mousey to keep me company. They were always so much fun to hang around and kept everyone happy. These two wanna be's were dull and loud. Maybe I'm just being a brat again.

I finished the food and set my tray among the others. I looked over to my bunk mates and slipped out without notice. Sargent caught me by the shirt, making me squeak in surprise. He laughed a little, hooking his arm around my waist. "How are you really feeling?"

"I'm just a little sore, sir. Nothing some bed rest can't fix," I replied, looking down to my feet. He nodded, walking me back to the room. I looked at my bed, seeing it was already made and the pillow replaced. "Oh, my bed... I forgot to fix it before leaving!" Sargent laughed a little. I whipped around, standing in front of him, standing at attention. "I'm so sorry sir! Please forgive me!" I exclaimed. I braced myself for any impact.

"Flippy, relax. I'm not going to hit you over that. Just try not to rip up too many pillows. I forget how much you cost sometimes," he replied. I blushed at the suggestive comment. God, how it tore me down.

"I'm sorry sir."

Sargent smiled and kissed my forehead. "Rest up, solider. You'll need it." I looked up at him and I nodded. I followed him to the door and I felt his hand smack my ass as he left. I was left a blushing mess as I shut the door. Hopefully no one saw that.

"I'll kill him if it's the last thing I do."
