3. Stepping back

I don't have control over any of my emotions right now.. I am smiling like an idiot and the very next moment my eyes are watering.. Urghh history repeats now I won't be able to get through them for a long span....I miss them... Kyy forever hamesha.. Hamesha duet in media check it out...😩😩😩

I blocked him and tried mind linking Cabir to assure whether everything was fine or not but to my surprise he had blocked it or rather he was unreachable... It's unusual. I tried mind linking other members of the pack and fortunately I managed to mind link Dhruv the third-in-command of the pack.

The thing that I heard made me numb. I immediately withdrew my hand from her waist and made my way outside.
'Rouges Attacks but why?? They never even dared to come in our boundaries.'

'I don't know but for now I have to see Cabir. He is badly injured.'

N A N D I N I

Stretching my limbs out onto the bed, I sat and breath in the scent. It was strong and vibrant and I wish to be tangled into the scent for rest of my life. But that's when realization hit me. I am not at my home. I am in someone else pack boundaries.
'Oh come on you are the Luna of this pack.'

'Me being here means danger and I can't let that happen.'

'We can fight the danger.'

'No we can't...especially I can't. I am a weakling.'

I blocked her immediately not wanting to talk to her on this. But I did realize one more thing my body was all fresh and it felt so good after such a long time. I looked around and my mate was not there. This is the time to run but firstly I need to contact my brother, Abhi. I tried mind linking him but no use. What was going on in my pack? I had no idea.

But for now I have to leave. There was a window just few meters away from the bed. I rushed to the window, there was no way I can make a drop, it was on the fourth floor and my bones wouldn't heal in time to run.
There was no way I could sneak out through the main door. I am trapped.

For the first time I just scanned the room. It looks just like mine, except for few things. But the room was just of my taste. I saw an attached bathroom and with no other option I headed to the bathroom. At least I can have a shower. I stink right now and I hate this.

After a long refreshing shower, I wrapped a towel around my body and peeped out of the room to assure no one was there. I made my way to the cupboard to check if by chance there was something for me to wear otherwise with no option left I was going to wear his shirt. But to my surprise right side of the wardrobe was filled with girly clothes and left side obviously his. Since the time I have met him he has always managed to surprise me. Sigh! I will borrow one pair of clothes for now.

I was just finished dressing and combing through my long hair when I heard the door open, my heart was going wild. I knew by the scent it was him. I turned around to face him. And as I did, I was pushed towards the wardrobe. I gasped at the sudden push. There was just a little inches space between us and this closeness was surely driving my wolf crazy.

"What are you doing?" I gasped  as I tried to rationalize my thoughts. My heart was crashing against my chest and I bet he could hear my thumping heartbeats.

His one hand was at the side of the wardrobe blocking my way while he slowly ran his other hand through my wet hair and brought them close to his nose. He inhaled it's scent. I closed my eyes feeling faint tingling sensation through my body.

"Beautiful." He whispered huskily and this mere word sends jolts of currents down my spine. I could feel his hands on my bare waist, pulling me closer. My wolf was jumping in happiness and I too was lost in feeling this new feeling. I felt even more heavenly when I felt his lips peppering soft kisses on my shoulder. His lips were creating magic. My hands involuntarily clutched the hem of his shirt when he bit the skin of my arm slightly, making me moan in pleasure.
He planted soft kisses where he just bit me.
He slowly moved towards my face and planted soft kisses on my chin, jawline and cheek, making me clutch the hem of shirt even more tightly.

"Mine!!" He whispered huskily brushing his lips on my earlobe and that was when realization hit me. He can't be my mate. Grasping reality, I pushed his body away, not giving him chance to react as I yanked free and ran out of the room, locking the door.

I ran through the corridor. A growl rumbled through the corridor, shaking the floor. I knew he was trying to break the locked door but fortunately it was a huge metal door and I knew it would take a bit time to break. I kept on running and I even bumped into tables and few persons while running but I didn't stop.

A few moments later I felt his presence behind me but I kept on running.
'Go back to our mate.' Niti yelled.

But ignoring her, I kept on running as tears flowed down my eyes. My wolf was trying to take the control but I didn't give in. I searched through my little knowledge, trying to grasp anything that will help me escape. I can't stay here... I am the other name of Danger!

I climbed up the stairs. I hadn't any time before he catches me. I ran into a girl making her stumble back. "Luna." She called but I kept running and I knew he was behind me. My legs began to ache with all the running because this was the thing I rarely got a chance to do. I was on the terrace the next moment with no where to run.

"Don't run away from me." He said panting heavily. He took a step towards me and I stepped back.

"Let me go!!" I yelled with tears in my eyes.

"I can't!!" His voice cracked.
