Headcanon:
Poland suffers from recurring anorexia. He hates himself so he tries to make up for it by being skinny.
What I think:
Poland is a great guy and he shouldn't have to hate himself and feel like being skinny makes up for it. Poland is fabulous. Absolutely Fabulous.
