Wake Up

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BE–

A hand came out from the blanket and found its way to the alarm clock. Once she felt that she touched the alarm clock, she pressed the off button. She sat up slowly while letting out a groan and scratched her head. She slowly got off the bed and went to the bathroom, doing her morning routine. After that, she puts on her clothes and a pair of brown boots before heading down the stairs. She went to the living room and grabbed the remote, turning on the television then went to the kitchen to have cereal for breakfast.

"This just in, there was a crime scene at Marigold Street last night. A teenage girl was abused by her own uncle but was found dead with a heart missing. Right now, the girl was taken to the hospital because she has scars and wounds over her body and was starting to loose her blood. Fortunately, the girl survived. Meanwhile, the murderer of her uncle was still unknown. The policemen asked the neighborhood if they found any witness but sadly, no one knows what happened inside the house. The pathologists will perform an autopsy of the man to find the cause of his death. This is Genevieve Samson on Red Alert."

She finished her cereal and turned off the TV. She placed the dishes in the sink and decided to have a nice walk in the park.

She went out of the house and locked the door before she walked on the street towards the park.

She sighed softly and a smile formed on her face. "Such a nice weather today." She said to herself and finally reached her destination.

She walked around the park, enjoying to see the little children playing and laughing. She smiled softly at the sight and looked around more until her blue eyes landed on a group of mean girls surrounded the little girl.

She realized that they were her classmates in her University. She saw the leader of the group nagging at the innocent and she couldn't take the sight of it and marched towards the group before that slut will cause a scene.
