No ones POV
"I wasn't hallucinating Mani. I didn't even drink that night." Lauren whined to her bestfriend."All I'm saying is that, you don't know anything about her. You saw her one night, you can't possibly be fantasizing over her." Normani explained. She was currently spread out on Lauren's bed just taking in the warm breeze that flew through the window.
"Really because I can't stop thinking about her." Lauren said defensively.
She didn't know what it was about the girl she saw that attracted her so much more than it should've. She's seen cute girls before.. but this one, this one was beyond beautiful. She was a work of art that Lauren intended on studying it.
"Whatever Lauren, how about we go for a walk, to help you forget about yesterday." Normani said getting up and turning the tv off.
"Hey! I was playing a game Mani!" Lauren exclaimed.
"Come on, get ya lazy ass up. Let's get ice cream" Normani suggested.
It was hot outside which tempted Lauren, so after a moment she agreed to go."Fine." Lauren mumbled and grabbed a few things before heading outside.

"D, you know she was checking you out. Why are you denying it?"
"Because there wasn't any girl checking me out. Let it go Zendaya."
"I was literally looking at her staring at you. And she wasn't bad looking, you could use a little light in your life.. I think."
It was a pretty warm day and Zendaya and Dinah were hanging out in their apartment they bought together. They had moved together when they were 16 since Dinah's parents had kicked her out. Zendaya asked her parents of it was okay to move with Dinah for support and they agreed. They were always too busy to pay much attention to her anyway, so to make up for it they always gave her what she asked for when she did. Zendaya had always been her parents favorite and that's why out of her siblings she was able to get the most out of them. They send her checks every week to help financially with the girls which she guesses made them look like some-what caring parents. Dinah felt guilty about it all in the beginning because although she was able to get a job l, the money she was bringing in every two weeks wasn't nearly as much as Zendaya.
"Just forget yesterday Z. It was party. If she liked what she saw she could've confronted me." Dinah snapped.
Her friend had been bugging her all day about a girl at a party that they went to last night. Dinah honestly didn't care, she didn't even want to go to he party but Zendaya had insisted.
"Okay grumpy, lets get some ice cream or something. I'm hungry." Zendaya said trying to get her best friend out of the house.
She didn't think it was healthy that Dinah spent all her time painting or singing in her room. The only time Dinah left the apartment on her own was when they had to go to school. And today was Sunday.. therefore Dinah had no reason to go out.
"Why? There's ice cream in the fridge?" Dinah questioned.
"Dinah!!" Zendaya jumped on her best friend, Dinah responding to the contact with a grunt.
"Whaaaat?" Dinah whined looking her friend in the eyes.
"Please! You never hang out with me." Zendaya pretended to cry attempting to lure Dinah into going with her.
"I live with you!" Dinah giggled.
"Come on, have I ever let you down?" Zendaya smiled, getting up from the tall blonde's lap.
