Lauren's POV
"Lauren mama, wake up!" I heard knocks on the door and I immediately jumped out of bed. I ran to the door and opened it slightly.

"I'm awake, thank you." I smiled waiting for my mom to walk back down to her room. I closed the door and slumped against it. Today was going to be one hell of a day. Mani! She'll know what to do.
I grabbed my phone off the dresser and called my best friend. She picked up almost Instantly, thank god.

"Hey Mani, there's a hung over girl in my bed. I found her last night but I didn't know what to do and now I have to go-"

"Lauren! Slow down. Did you go clubbing last night?"

"No I went for a walk."

"Then how is there a hung over girl in your bed?"

"Because I saw her during the walk and there was some creep trying to take her home."

"So instead you took her home?" Mani questioned. I thought she'd be a little more helpful than this.

"Yes, I need you to come over." I replied rapidly.

"I'm walking to the front door. Leave a note for her, we have to get to school."

"You don't want to see her? Mani it's the girl-" I asked.

"Why would I want to see an unconscious girl in your bed? I thought we were done with her?" Mani asked like if I was stupid or something.

"Right. I'll be down in a sec."

"K, I'll stall your mom."

"Love you bye." I said before hangin up the phone. I got all of my things together and quickly finished getting ready for school. I grabbed a piece of paper and put it under a glass of water that had pain killers beside it.

I have to go. But I'll be back soon... stay here until I get back. Don't let ANYONE (as in my parents) see or hear you !!!

I was satisfied with the note so I grabbed my book bag and headed out the door with Normani.

"So did you take a picture of her?" Mani asked me on he way to school.

"No what the hell?? I'm not a creep, plus you didn't want to see" I stated.

"Just asking, Ya never know. Maybe you end up being in bed with her again, but this time on purpose." Mani giggled and I rolled my eyes at her.

"Oh, but you remember that party we went to?"

"No! Please don't start this again. I don't want you to be one of those people who think someone is your soulmate, fall in love and when you meet them it's a let down. I'm protecting you i swear" I frowned at her words. And the were kinda true, I was fawning over a girl I never met. A girl I didn't know, what if she was straight?

"Okay but can I-

"No, talk to me about anything, anything besides her. Let her go Lo, seriously. When you see her again then maybe we can talk." Why was she being so rude about it?!

"Fine. Whatever." I scoffed.

Mani's POV

I walked Lauren to class and realized I haven't looked at my snap since last night. I opened it while I was at my locker, since I had time. And of course, they were already texting on it.

IcyMami- I haven't slept

RihRih- it's okay Icy

IcyMami- no it's not!

LittleZ- at least its not your fault

A1- don't be so hard on yourself Z
