Brooklyn POV
I made him sleep on the couch.. That morning he came in the room.. "why you in here" He turned around.
"this still my room." it was silence.. "Brooklyn we don't need to be mad at each other" I got up and gave him a hug.. "There's no reason for us to be. We both made mistakes and I'm sorry for that"
"I'm sorry to.. I acted like you was the only one doing wrong when I had a part in it" I gave him a hug and went into Carters room.
"Momma yAll good now?"
"Yeah we are fine you wanna go somewhere with me?"
"Yeah" He went to get dressed i did too. Amir was changing Janelles clothes. "Im gonna take the kids today go have fun" I took both of them. Alexis came with us. We went to eat.
"Momma and Dad stopped fussing finally" I wAs about smack that boy. We was talking it was so fun with them.
Amir POV
I got dressed and went to see the boys... When I got over there a whole lot of girls. My mind was racing. I just got Brooklyn back. I was looking around.
"Yo Amir" I walked towards him. This girl Jessicawas sitting next him. "STFU Travis"
"GTFO then Jessica" I walked outside. She was crying. And thTs how this shit starts.
8 months Later
Soon me and Jessica got close while me and Brooklyn getting back right. But Jessica is closer. Brooklyn came in the room with Janelle.
"Hey baby"
"Hey" i wasn't really paying attention. She picked up a box and through it over the bed. It oped all these pictures of me and Jessica. "Wait who is that?" She looked at them "this isn't me." She got Janelles bags and Carters. "Thiught U changed" She didn't make a sene all she did was walk out. She left the ring on the dresser. Carter came home. "Where's all my stuff and wheres momma? I know U didn't mess up again?" I took him over to Alexis house. Alexis was stAnding outside with Janelle. She came up to the truck.
"Amir when I say this I mean it you messed up so bad. She is tore all to pieces. YALL was about to get married how did u manage to screw that one up"
"Alexis tell her to call me. If she would have let me explain maybe she would understand"
"THAT U CHEATED AGAIN" I put my hands on my face. "Alexis shes a friend going though something U know my friend Travis that's his baby momma she's pregnant right now and I've been her friend norhing has been going on between me and that girl damn she doesn't even compare to Brooklyn. Brooklyn is special but she doesn't give me a chance Alexis I love that girl tell her to give me a second chance" I gave her the ring. Alexis walked back in the house. Carter was already in. I drove off to See Travis.. He was eating with Karen... "U having baby momma drama again?" My phone buzzed. "Last chance" she showed me a picture of the ring on.. I was so happy man. I went back down there. She was standing outside. I got out to see her. Her eyes were watery.
"Why do we keep doing this to ourself"

"Let's just get away. Move away from here. It's this place let's leave Brooklyn. Me, you, Carter and Janelle lets go"
