Ever since their sleepover, they kind of do it almost every week during the weekend. They kind of take turns on which house to sleep in. This week is on Jeno's house.
"Hey you want to drive around town tomorrow?" the older suggested.
"But isn't it quite far?" the youngers questioned.
"It's only forty five minutes away, we'll drop by on McDonalds on the way."
"What's the occasion?"
"Markhyuck's monthversary," both of them chuckled. Yes they made up a couple name for the couple. "It just a little gathering with the gang that's all."
"Sure. Why not?"
The whole ride was consists of them eating their food while jamming to some rap musics that is connected to Jeno's phone. Jaemin occasionally drifting to sleep due to playing video games all night and to be awake to Jeno's scream-rapping.
They arrived quite late actually, seems everyone already arrived at the restaurant. Since both of them ate on the way, they were quite full. Jeno finally met Jisung's boyfriend, Chenle and met his old friend, Renjun.
"Still single my dude?"Jeno snickered.
"I just had my surgery a few months ago, it still hurts okay?" Renjun said.
"Sorry, sorry forgot about that." Jeno rubbed his nape, curse his forgetfulness. "Does it hurt that bad?"
"Yes but it's better than to cough up yellow petals everyday,"
Jeno wided his eyes, "What kind?"
Renjun chuckled, "Tulip," Jeno gasped mentally, " if you haven't noticed I actually liked you."
"WHAT?!"
"That's why I left dumbass. But it's alright now, I can see you have a friend," eyeing Jaemin who talking with Donghyuck, squealing about something, "but how are you?"
"Same old same, Jaemin helps me understanding more about this disease."
"You are still going on with this?"
"Yea.. But I don't know on how I feel about this disease? Is it that hard to move on?"
"Yes. No doubt about it, it is easier said than done Jeno, you should be really grateful not going through it," Renjun patted his back, saying each word with sincere.
Now Jeno is now scared, not due to thought of having the disease but the thought of moving on. He looks at Jaemin who just happened to turned to look at him at the same time, who suddenly smile, making him feel a weird burning sensation on his chest.
