The weekend past, Jeno really quite down to the point Mark notices. Mark confront him but Jeno just retaliates, saying that he's always like that. 'Does he?' It's Thursday, Jaemin can't take it anymore, as much as he doesn't want to admit that Jeno recent behavior and their 'confrontation' bothers him, it really does. More than his disease.
After class ended, he packed his stuff and dragged Jeno to the empty classroom near to theirs.
"Jeno hyun-"
"Whendo your hanahakidisease starts?" Jeno cut him off.
"What?" Jaemin said in response, taken aback of the question.
"Just answer me, please," Jeno pleaded, mumbling the words 'please'.
"When I realized I like him," he answered truthfully.
"Is everyone different when this disease starts on them?" the older asked still looking at the floor.
"No."
"DON'T LIE TO ME!" he shouted, "I like this person and he obviously likes someone else! Why the petals isn't coming out YET?!" he shouted with tears filling up his eyes.
"How do you know this person likes someone else? How are you so sure?"
"BECAUSE THE PERSON IS YOU! GOSHDARNIT" He shouted, tears rolling down his cheeks.
Then the unexpected happens, Jaemin burst out crying. Jeno snapped out his anger and looked at the younger. The younger is crying but he is smiling as well? "FINALLY GOSHDARNIT!!" He shouted making Jeno taken aback, "I told myself I wouldn't cry when it happens." But the younger continues crying.
"What is going on?" the older approach the younger.
"I like you? Since first year? Gosh I can't believe you really are way denser than Mark hyung." he said between his hiccups.
Jeno doesn't know what to do so he hugs the younger. They stay in that position for a long time.
"You want to drive around the town while eating McDonalds?" the older suggested.
The younger laughed and wipes the tears on the older face while the older wipes his. That's exactly how their first date went.
