Blinding blue lights flashed from the bullet as the culprit , who caused Hanzo's injury, was engulfed In the light.
Jesse stared in awe as the light finally faded and a the person was gone. Reyes ran up to the two.
Hanzo had passed out. While Jesse laid slack jaw and barely conscious next to him
"McCree what happened?!" Reyes picked Hanzo up . His tie stained crimson with his own blood that now fell in a steady trickle from the damp cloth.
"The dragons." Jesse repeated the word over and over again.
"What do you mean the dragons?!" Jesse didn't answer he just got up and went towards the plane, whilst signaling for Reyes to follow.
Hanzo remained in med Bay for weeks.
The bullet had been laced with a substantial amount of poison. Hanzo's leg had to be amputated to stop further damage of his body.
When Hanzo came too Reyes and Jesse rushed in.
Hanzo sat their confused as he tried to feel his left leg.
"W-where is my leg?" Hanzo asked feeling cold metal. He pulled away the blanket to see a deep blue prosthetic leg.
"W-what is this?!" He looked around as tears littered his face. "Je-jesse! W-what happened to my leg?!" He questioned yet again.
"Ya got shot han. They had to remove your leg to prevent more damage." Jesse explained as he hugged Hanzo.
"G-get it off!" Hanzo sobbed as he tried to remove the metal from him. Jesse had grabbed his hands as he fought to remove it. "G-get it off of me!" He cried once more.
"Hanny we can't remove it." Jesse explained. The hurt expression hadn't left hanzo's face as he stared down at the metal.
"I'm a freak now." Hanzo had thought. He began to drown in his own thoughts before Reyes spoke.
"Hanzo this may not be the best time ,but." Reyes sighed. "What are the dragons?"
Hanzo looked at Jesse and then at Reyes. He pulled his sleeve up slightly to reveal his tattoo.
Reyes looked closely at the tattoo in graved into the skin. "It's the shimada clan seal." He started.
"It forever marks you as one of them and it passes the spirits to you."
"My father, Sojiro Shimada, had many dragons. His main three were the dragon of the north, the dragon of the south,and the dragon of the east.
Genji had gotten the dragon of the south. While I had gotten the North and East." Hanzo yawned. The crying and bringing up old memories had worn him out.
"Reyes. I think that's enough questioning for one day " Jesse had said as Hanzo dozed off onto his shoulder.
And with that Jesse climbed up and fell asleep with Hanzo.
