Hanzo woke to an alarming amount of pings coming from his phone.
"Hey! Hanzo. Where are you?? Angela is worried." 2:34 pm
"This isn't like you" 3:21 pm
"I swear if you don't answer I'm going to fucking kill you!" 3:48 pm
Hanzo checked the time. It was 4:56.
"Sorry got drunk. Tell Mrs. Zeigler I'm fine." Hanzo sent it out before reading the other messages.
"Where did you go?" 10:20 am
"Hanzo you missed the best part of the party! Hana broke through a wall!" 2:46 am
"Aaaaaanswer meeeeeee" 10:30 am
"If you don't answer me I'm going to assume the worst luv" 10:40 am
Hanzo groaned.
Hanzo checked the number only to be met with "the boys"
He was apparently in a group chat with them. Hanzo didn't bother to answer right away.
"Angie's pissed. You better think of a good excuse. " 4:50 pm
Hanzo attempted to get up and look for the bathroom. Jesse let out a groaned of protest and tried to hug him closer.
Hanzo managed to pull himself away from him and locate some asprin and a paper cup for some water. He wrote a quick note recapping the night before and left Jesse alone. He sped home and awaited Angela's wrath.
Genji was right. She was pissed. "Where have you been! I was worried sick!" Her accent thickened severly as she continued. She droned on for another two minutes before abruptly turning back to him.
"Well? What do you have to say for yourself?" Hanzo took a breath.
"I went to a party and a friend of mine got too drunk. I didn't want him driving so I took him to his house and fell asleep." Angela seemed a bit shocked. She put her hand on his shoulder.
"Im glad you helped them out, but that doesn't excuse you not telling me. Your grounded."
"Understood Mrs. Zeigler. It won't happen again"
Hanzo had went up to his room and layed down. He had 96 unread messages and 5 missed calls from genji.
He dismissed the calls, but read through all of the text.
"I think they might be dating" 5:50 pm
"Why do you think so?" 5:52 pm
"Yea I mean it's not like they even know each other." 5:53 pm
"Yeah but Jesse is like super happy right now."5:54 pm
"Isn't he always?" 5:56 pm
Hanzo sent out a quick "hey?" Before his phone exploded.
"IS IT TRUE???" 5:58 pm
"Yeah man. Y'all dating?" 6:00 pm
"Why am in this group chat" 6:04 pm
Hanzo looked at the number and felt a waves of fondness wash over him.
The chat soon filled with a repeated text of "ARE YOU DATING?" from the trio before Hanzo finally answered.
"Yes. What of it?"
Hanzo heard a knock on his door followed by a dozen more. He opened the door.
"You're dating aren't? I fucking knew it. Hana owes me $50!" Hanzo flipped him off before shuting his door.
He didn't know how this was going to go but he knew one thing for sure,
He was screwed.
