Hello, I'm Spirit. If you're reading this, You found my journal from 1698. And since I'll probably be dead by the time you read this, I regret nothing.

I was a young journalist, I was 17 years old and had a passion for writing, I wrote in a small section of the news, with my own news. One night I was walking for a fresh perspective very late at night when I heard Yelling from 3 to 5 people. I look over and see a woman with a large hat and purple clothing crying and screaming back, So I approach.

I walk towards the group, who instantly look at me. "What do you need, girl?" One of them said to me, He had white hair and blue eyes. I was thinking, The girl was still sobbing, I had to help her. "I was looking for her," I said. "Why were you looking for HER specifically?" He replied suspiciously. "Well..." I thought Harder... If I couldn't think of something, I would be in trouble. Then it came to me. "She works for me," I said. "She works for you?" a woman with black hair and red eyes said, eyeing me. "Yeah. She is supposed to dress up, and she was dressing as a witch so I could tell the public what they look like, I don't think she removed the clothing before she left." I said confidently. The girl stopped crying, and I got to look at her properly. She had one blue eye, the other one was purple, she had long white silky hair. She was looking at me, obviously saying thank you with her look. "Fine," The black haired lady said, And her and the others left.

I took her home, after untying her of course. And when we got there, She thanked me over and over. "It's nothing really!" I said. "I'm sorry for thanking you so much, But if you hadn't saved me there, I would've been killed..." She sighed, then hugged me. It was very surprising. I patted her on the back. "By the way, don't you have a disguise so people don't catch you?" I said. "O-Oh right" She then pressed a crescent shape on her choker, and then her outfit changed. It was suddenly a long violet gown with no sleeves, gloves appeared on her hands, and they extended to her elbows, Her stocking shortened into knee-high socks, and a silver crown appeared, with three purple jewels in front. I couldn't believe it.

"YOU'RE THE PRINCESS?!" I shouted, my face showing my shock. Her face turned bright pink.  "Y-yes..." She said sheepishly. "I-I am...." I couldn't help it, I had jumped back a bit more. What if I was caught with the princess in my house!? I would get in more trouble than if a witch was in my house! After recovering from the initial shock of learning this, I told her to go home, and that I'd write to her. And that's how my life changed for the better.
