"Woah has it been that long ?" He asks . "You've changed." He says looking me up and down.

"Yeah people change" I say . Trying to be a little less awkward than it already was .

"Well how are you ? I heard you ended up in a mental institution? I thought they were just rumors until I started not seeing you anywhere!" He says . He would be so blunt .

"Ah yeah , those weren't rumors . Anyways I really have to get going" I say looking down .

"Wait wait !" He says grabbing my arm gently .

I turn and he looks at me in my eyes and I immediately dart my eyes down to the floor.

"Do you have a number or something ?" He asks . Thank God I don't have a phone at the moment .

"Actually I don't have a phone right now" I say slowly backing away again.

"Well here let me give you my card then." He hands me a card and I don't look at it I just put it in my pocket .

"Thanks then . Anyeong" I say leaving him .

I begin walking out the store when another hand grabs my arm this time it's my mom .

"Honey you didn't see anything you liked?"

"I seen Yoongi.." I say quietly .

"Min Yoongi?" She asks .

I nod my head . "I knew we shouldn't have come here" she begins pulling my arm out of the mall.

"Ma , it's fine really . I was just caught of guard . Really ma I'm okay" I say reassuringly to her .

"Maybe we could come another day , how about we go to Walgreens and buy a few beauty things yeah ?" (Just pretend they got Walgreens in Korea)

We finally get into the car and I take the card out of my pocket .

"Park industries .." I whisper to myself .

"What hun ?" My mom says as she begins driving out of the parking lot .

"Oh nothing , nothing" I say pushing the card back into my pocket .

"Ma ?"

"Yes dear ?"

"You said the engagement party is this weekend ?"

"Yes , why ?"

"Can we go?"

My mom doesn't respond . Her eyes are completely focused on the road ahead of her .

"You want to go to his engagement party?" She asks taking a quick glance at me and then she focuses back on the road .

"Yeah ... I do" do you really ?

"Are you sure ? I mean it might be huge for him to see you too. I don't know how he would react ." She says unsure.

"Maybe you and dad could go first and then I'll go in after or I'll stay in the back . I-.... I just need to see him" I say softly looking down at my lap.

My mom sighs . "Well how about we talk to Appa about this . And we can discuss from there" she says .

I nod in agreement and stay silent as she puts music on the radio.

We finally get home after a hour of picking out some drugstore makeup and nail polishes . And getting myself a new phone . I put Taehyung's number in . Adding a heart at the end . And then I put yoongi's number in. Which I hesitated to do. I put my phone away and just thought about how It's going to feel so good to get myself looking less dull with the stuff I got .

We go kitchen and place the bags on the table and soon my dad comes into the dining room too.  My mom greets him with a kiss and I sit down beginning to pull out the products from my bag .

"So how did it go." My dad asks sitting at the table too.

"It went well. We had some good bonding time" my mom says and I smile in agreement .

"Uhm y/n asked me something that kind of surprised me. I told her we should talk about it together and see what you think" My mom says standing in front of a chair next to me.

"Hmm well what is it" My dad says .

"She-" "I want to go to the engagement party" I cut my mom off.

My dad looks from me to my mom and then back to me . I can't read his expression so I speak again.

"Please pa . I want to see him. Even if he doesn't see me , I just want to see how he looks . How he's changed . I want to see that he's happy." I say . Looking sincerely at my dad .

He looks down and then looks up at me smiling and I know he's going to say something good so I smile in return. "You're very strong . You know that Y/n ?" He says and I smile widely at him.

"Of course . Why not ? Maybe he'll enjoy seeing you." My dad says and I look down at my lap .
