A room faded somewhat dark, inside of it, lied a council with hoods on discussing what could be the fate of mankind itself
"We can we do?, our American cousins have passed away now, who will be left to protect our Japanese brotherhood while we restore our strength?" An old councilor in a hood had said
"It is no longer a matter of debate, the fact that we hide this artifact means they, he will be looking for us, we must bury this forever before anyone finds it and uses it's vast power"
"Wait, we don't know if anyone can just simply wear the ring of Aizetas, we should keep this for now, with luck, I trust our most cunning assassin will hide this somewhere our brotherhood will know about"
"It is our most cunning assassin that I am worried about!, what if he does the same to us?!, his younger brother is the reason why the American brotherhood was destroyed in the first place!"
"Enough!" Another councilor had yelled and the entire room fell silent
"This bickering is pointless, we cannot accuse our best assassin just because he has a sibling who betrayed the order, I am very sure he isn't even aware of what happened, It would be for the best not to tell him as well, I have no doubt that this council can have faith in him, the brotherhood has much to offer thanks to him, bring him in here, we have another assignment for him"
"We need your help, Izumi Kobayashi, to take this ring and cast it away from humanity before chaos comes upon us all" a councilor had thought to himself.
