I was resting on my tree, trying to take an afternoon nap while the young male wolf on the ground was still trying to stand up. Only two days had passed since I found him so I didn't expect that he would be so energetic so soon. Although I did expect that his body wasn't ready to move yet, he must be experiencing so much pain and discomfort. I jumped down to him and gently tried to lay him down again. "Your body is not ready to move around yet. Don't worry...you're safe here. I won't hurt you and my canines will protect you. You're safe...now rest and recover" I gently kissed his forehead and I heard a small whine escape his throat, I stroked his head then he fell asleep. This one is quite energetic...even if he is young.

I heard howling from the western border once again but it wasn't an intruder. "Milady, there is a yokai here asking to speak with you. He says he's a messenger and he has a message from this Akura-ou person."

"Escort him in Willow but be on your guard and if there are others with him, kill them"

"Yes Milady"

A small yokai suddenly walked up to my tree, he was shivering with fear which was quite entertaining. "Tell me...why would a yokai from Akura-ou's group trespass in my territory. Speak quickly, my patience with you lot is wearing thin" I grinned as I stared the yokai down. I was back up my tree and he was on the ground, the height difference was helping with my threat. He was even more afraid. "L-lady Okari...Master Akura-ou seeks to invite you to his castle and he wishes to speak with you about certain matters that I wasn't informed of" he spoke with a stutter. It was quite entertaining to watch him squirm, some of the wolves had gathered near us to keep an eye on him and I could tell that he was sensing their prescence.

"Is that all?" I question and he slowly nods. "Well...I didn't expect a second time but, it could be fun. Tell him that I'm on my way" he nods then scampers off, the other wolves were making sure that he didn't wander off somewhere else and made sure that he left my territory. I quickly went to his castle and knocked on the door. He opened the door and greeted me with a smile then invited me in. "It's nice to see you again Okari"

"I never expected you to send a messenger over and so soon I might add but I do commend you on sticking to your word and staying out of my territory. What's this matter you have to speak with me about?"

"Can't I just enjoy your company? Does there have to be a reason?"

"Your messenger said there was. That's the only reason I came here so quickly" I shrugged and crossed my arms under my chest. "Fine...I wanted to ask if you wanted to join me on an upcoming village raid. My brother will be tagging along as well" I thought for a moment. It could be interesting and I am bored but I didn't want to fight. "Fine, I'll tag along but I will only observe. I'm not interested in taking part in the senseless killing" he smirked. "Your prescence is all I need Okari. I hope you'll cheer for me and only me"

"I don't cheer...I'll just watch" I smirked back. We planned to leave as soon as bis brother was ready. I waited for his brother who I assumed was like him but I was wrong. The yokai he called his 'brother' was a fox yokai. It was the same fox yokai I saw in my dream just before I met Akura-ou. "Is everybody here? Good, now let's go" we left the castle and together with his small army, we went to a village and they did what they had to do. I, however was just sitting on a tree, watching as they slautered the humans and had their fill of death. I scouted the village for strays, dogs, wolves and maybe even puppies but even this village was empty of animals other than livestock...or so I thought.

I suddenly heard whining and the snickering of some yokai. I turned my head slightly and saw a group of yokai surrounding what seems to be a hole in the ground. I jumped down my tree and made my way through the crowd of yokai, pushing them to the side to get to the middle. I eventually found a dog burried neck-deep into the ground. It looked like it was starving and it was close to death. There was a bowl of food right infront of it, close enough to see but just barely out of it's reach. It was a cruel ritual, someone was trying to make an inugami. Luckily this ones neck wasn't cut yet.
