The Night You Won't Forget

I awake to the sound of my trusted companion barking. I lay in bed not wanting to move. I turn on my side to face the door eyes barely open. It dark out it must still be night or early morning. 

I can hear shuffling someone must be awake. Kona walks over to me whining I pat her on the head and tuck back in. Kona stays nervous and keeps whining and pacing. This gets me nervous but I pay no mind to it. 

A person you don't know opens the door grap Kona by her scruff and Kona freaks out as they pull it her out of the room. I freeze afraid of what might happen next. 

I slowly get up and get a shirt on. I grab my poket knife not sure why I have it but I still take it. 

I slowly open up my door, I see my family getting shoved into the other room. I walk down the hallway avoiding the creaky parts of the floor. One walks by and I prepare for them to see me but they don't notice me. 

I walk further and dart into a closet now open as another walks by again. 

"What should we do with theses people, we were told she lives alone?" One of them say oblivious to me out of my room.

 I put my poket knife in my bra as they come up with a plan. They walk out of the room and head towards my room. As soon as they pass I run to my family and sush them I cut their bind and we run to the exit. I hear them running down after us I shove my family outside as the people grab me. 

"Run, I will be fine go." I yell to them as they drag me in.

"Well I guess we have no choice, we're taking her only" one of them say in an electronic sounding voice. 

They drag me into my room as I try to struggle from there grasps. 

"This would've been so much easier if we could sedate her!" The other one said with the same just with a bit more of a Irish sound to it. 

"I know but if we go through with her like that it will kill her!" The other replies with a snarky tone. 

"Wait, What portal and who are you?" I said as I stoped struggling against them. 

"Nice, you finally calmed down, I do hope you stay so" he replied to me not struggling, I can now tell he has an English accent.

"Matters if I get my questions awnsered or not" I said with all th confidence I could muster up.

"Fine, fine" The other one complains "We are from a different universe and yes we are you bringing to our universe, any more?" I shake my head no. I just sit there as I'm wrapping my head around the situation.

The portal pops open out came a sound that sounded like metal getting ripped apart like metal.

"Wonder What stark has envented while we were gone" one of them mentions as a joke.

"Tony Stark, you mean Tony Stark from the comic books." I said surprised of the references coming from them. 

"You know Tony Stark," I nodded "tell us once we are on the other side" I nodded agin.

"Wait, what are your names" I said as they guided me near the portal not expecting an answer, 

"Sam" "Blake" they say like they have practiced it. They push me into the portal.
