"Misunderstanding"

It was 5am and Aditi had been up most of the night thinking about Zain. She was trying to think if he feels the same way about her. Still she can't confess her feelings to him.

At Sanjay's house

They all were getting ready to go to punnu's house but before that , they all (minus zain) needed to talk to him.

"Why can't you tell her how you feel already huh?" Malhar asked.
"cause I don't know if she feels the same about me mallu." zain explained to him in a sad voice.
"Well she hugged you didn't she?" Sanju asked.
"Yeah but it was only for like a second." zain said.
"It was most likely because she doesn't know if you feel the same way." zaan explained.
"Maybe you're right maybe you're not , but you finally got some brains in that skull of yours." zain said.
Guys we have to get there soon before 6." Malhar said.

At Punnu's house

The boys knocked the door and guess who opened it ?
Of course Ms. Rathore.

"Umm , You guys here at this hour." Aditi asked with confusion written all over her face.
"Yeah, we were getting bored." Malhar said.
Aditi turned her face to check the time, looked at them with utter disbelief and said "you all were getting bored at 5:30 a.m. ? "
"C'mon yaar Adi , Can't we just meet you guys".
Zain said.
Aditi gave a smile and all barged in.
"Punnu must be sleeping right ? " Sanjay asked.
"All of them are sleeping"
She replied.
Sanjay signalled Zaan and Malhar to distract her and zain to accompany him.
"So,What's the plan"?
zain asked.
"You stay here and make sure she doesn't come"
sanjay instructed while zain nods in agreement.
Sanjay carefully went inside, took her phone from the bedside , saved the recording, sent it to zain , delete it from her phone and kept it back.
He then came back and said ;
"Adi, They all are in the deepest sleep,don't think they're gonna wake up anytime soon"
"Then We should get going" Malhar exclaimed.
"let's eat something first"
zaan said foolishly.
"I'm gonna kill him someday" zain muttured.
"Feelings are mutual"
Sanjay laughed.
"Wait na guys , I'll quickly make - umm..no Adi we shall go..it's okay." zain said and everybody hurriedly got out.

At sanjay's house

"open open open" zaan said.
They put the recording on speaker.

Flashback to punnu's house during the game time.

Nupur leaned closer to Aditi and snapped her fingers. Aditi jumped.
"What?" Said Aditi
"You see what I mean?" Said nupur knowingly, "Stop drifting off into stupid zain's fantasies!"
"You could at least admit that you like him to us, that's the first step, before admitting it to him..." Priya said through a cheeky smile
"Guys!" Aditi moaned "I have no intention of telling Zain anything, I don't even know if he feels the same way about me as I do about him"...
Aditi gasped, she wasn't meant to speak her thoughts out loud...

Present , at sanjay's house

"I told you she likes you!" Malhar exclaimed.
"But still she didn't say she likes me" zain shot back.
Lala , it's the same thing"
zaan said.
"okay ,okay fine ; let's hear the whole conversation first" sanjay said.

"So you admit it!" Priya yelled, breaking zain's trail of thoughts.

"Oh, shut it!" said Aditi, throwing a pillow at her.

"C'mon Adu ; say it na"
Punnu said.
"Firstly , I really don't know what he feels and nor I want to know. Secondly , I don't like him the way you think. How could you guys even think something like that especially you punnu! You very well know how broken I was due to shreedhan. We were in a relationship for 8 years ! I don't know if...if..zain turns up like..like.."
Aditi stopped in the midway. She was literally cursing herself because she knew that never in the wildest nightmare zain would stoop so low , but she was not comfortable to discuss this love issue with anyone except poonam so she had to say it. She loved zain a lot. They both  had a long and challenging journey from being co-stars to friends to good friends to now , where both were in love.

"Guys chill , let me bring some juice. Adu , will you come ?" poonam asked.
"Hmm." Aditi replied and went to the kitchen leaving the phone there itself. Later it was a typical girly chat between nupur and priya and when the duo got back , they didn't talk about zain.

End of the flashback

Zain deleted the recording and without a word , picked his car keys and moved out. While the rest were still agonized.

Precap : "Aditi don't like zain" said poonam.
"But we thought she did"
Malhar said.
"Punnu ,you know that zain loves Addu a lot "
Zaan said.
"I'm sorry guys but I can't help. She don't like zain."
Poonam replied oblivious from the fact that the scenerio was being watched by zain or we can say a heart broken zain .
