"ON THE WINGS OF LOVE"

"Confession"

"Excuse me?"
zain said.

"I'm a horrible person!"
Aditi said louder.

Zain laughed.

"You're not a horrible person" Zain said.

"I messed up everything. I should've told you how I feel. Plus in top of that , I don't know how could I even compare that shreedhan with you ! "
Aditi said with glassy eyes.

"By accident , It was just in the heat of the moment."
Zain said.

"But it should have never happened" Aditi said hitting her forehead.

There was a long silence.
she looked up at him.

"So how does it feel?" she asked him.

"What?" he asked

"Kissing on screen" she said, a smile playing at her lips.

"Oh, that," zain said with a shrug.

"What you mean by that and why did you scold the director?" she asked with a laugh of disbelief.

"It's no big deal. He asked me to do something which I won't. Had to gave him back ! " He said with a smirk.

"So did you kiss?" she asked, keeping her eyes locked on the ground.

If she looked at him, she might've broken down.

"Nope"

She looked up at his face.

"No?" she repeated.

"Yup" He said emotionlessly

"But our profession-"

"Profession doesn't mean to kiss someone you don't love" Zain said.

she looked at him

"So you love someone?" she asked. Aditi still thought that Zain loved someone else.

" Yes , The reason I didn't kiss her is because the girl that I love wasn't there to be kissed"
Zain said.

Aditi's head snapped up.

Suddenly, his eyes locked with hers. She wanted to move, but  couldn't.

"Her simplicity is her biggest jewel. Amidst the mean and cruel people , she shines like a diamond. Her one smile can make my whole life worthy. " Zain said slowly moving toward her.

"She is the sunshine that lights my heart within. I'm sure that she's an angel in disguise. I want to grow old with her. I want to die lying in her arms."
Zain said pushing back bangs out of her face.

"Yes, you belong to me And I'm yours exclusively..."

  He said getting in close
their lips were a few inches apart.

"Adi" He whispered
His voice sent shivers down her back.

Before she knew it his lips were on hers. It felt so good.

Their lips moved together in perfect sync. His hands were around her waist, her hands around his neck. She smiled as they kissed. They separated, and joins their foreheads together.

"You have no idea" He said sending small butterfly kisses up and down her neck, hungry for more
"How long I've waited for this" He said.
she smiled.
"I love you" she whispered as he returned to her lips.
"I love you too" He whispered back as their eyes locked and soon the gap was filled again with their lips.

"Hey , look"
punnu said pointing towards the balcony.

"They look so cute together"
gullu said.

"I think we shouldn't disturb then. They've been through so much."
Abhilash said.

"Exactly. Let them enjoy their moment"
Sanjay said while the rest were just adoring them.

After 6 months ;

"Now, without further ado, I would like to present to you INDIAN TELEVISION ACADEMY AWARS 2018 POWERED BY LG , ADITI RATHORE AS THE BEST ACTRESS " The host , Ritvik Dhanjani announced.

Everyone in the crowd began to clap, but Aditi knew where the most noise was coming from.

"Aduuuuu!" Malhar and zaan hooted with their hands cupped around their mouths to make it echo. If she wasn't so nervous she probably would've just started to crack up right there on stage in front of everyone.

she took a breath This is it.
she slowly, but hesitantly stood up from the seat and moved up on the stage. And there she saw him. Zain was standing besides Sanjay with teary eyes and a big proud smile.

"Good evening everyone" she began.

Everyone quieted down by then, looking at her with knowing looks.

"Woah ,( looking at the trophy) I never thought that I would be embraced by you all and audiences. First of all , I would like to thank Mahesh Bhatt sir for believing in me. My fans. My friends. There they are standing with their biggest smiles."

(Punnu and the gang hooted)

Aditi smiled and continued.

I love you guys. (She blew a flying kiss in their direction)

"LOVE YOU TOO"
Zaan shouted.

Aditi laughed.

"There were some downfalls as well."
(Her voice started trailling off )

"I'm sorry , I'm getting so emotional. There was a time when I was done with my life (break up part)  but , then I met punnu. At moments , I was alone. He (shree fucking dhan) flew off with wings of my heart and left me flightless , but he (Zain) gave new wings to my heart. He's my every-"
(Aditi turned her back from the crowd as she started crying. Everyone got emotional. Aditi with a lot of control turned to face the crowd with tears still making their way out , brought mike a bit close and said ;

"I-I-I l-love you Zain..."

She again turned her back from the crowd. Zain ran to the stage and hugged her tight. She hid herself in his chest. Even he was crying but he resisted his tears from flowing.

Aditi wipped her tears and and said while turning to the crowd.

"Thank you everyone"

she smiled while zain carried her down the stage .
