"I came out after you because I care" said zain.

"Do you know what?" Aditi asked.

"What?" said zain.

"I'm more furious with you than her ! I'm so disappointed in you that it's unbelievable! I know you're the good guy, I know you always help others out whenever they're having a hard time? But where were you when I was having a hard time, where were you when I needed someone to defend me , you comforted her by making things obvious. I had to cheer up but she gets defended by you and my brother(sanjay) and she gets a shoulder to cry on. This is just an example of how unfair life is? It's the first time I actually have a conversation with you for the last 2 days and here I am yelling instead of talking, crying instead of smiling and being sad instead of happy. I may be overreacting but try to put yourself in my shoes and understand why I'm having this meltdown " aditi said as the tears still fell from her cheeks.

"Adi don't be like this" repeated Zain calmly
"Be like what Zain?!" she said as she raised her voice once again.

"LIKE THAT!" said zain as he raised his voice too.

"YOU'RE THE REASON WHY I'M LIKE THIS!" Aditi yelled.

"WHY?" yelled Zain.

"BECAUSE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE BROKE MY HEART TODAY! I FEEL LIKE I'M BACK TO BEING INVISBILE TO YOU AND THAT BREAKS MY HEART" she screamed from the top of her lungs.

Zain looked at her and didn't say a word.

"Zain!" someone yelled.
They both turned around and looked at jasmine. When she realized what was going on she stopped walking and stood still.
"Your friend is waiting for you" Aditi said as she pointed at her.
zain looked back at her and then at Aditi.

"You may not have pulled the trigger, but you helped cause the tragedy" Aditi said as she wiped her tears away.

"Aditu.." said zain but got cut off by her.
"Good night ZAIN IMAM" she said as she got into the taxi.

"I'm sorry zain I didn't -"

"It's okay jasmine. You should go. She's angry right now but will be alright soon."
zain said.

"Thanks yaar. Thanks Sanjay."
jasmine said while sanjay faked a smile.

After Jasmine left , Sanjay and zain both went to the shore and sat their. A few moments of silence was broken by Sanjay.

"C'mon. Spill out".
sanjay said.

"Spill out what?"
zain asked.

"You know what I'm talking about!"
sanjay exclaimed.

"Nope"
zain replied.

"I'll smack the shit outta you. You know that I know you better than anyone else does !"
Sanjay exclaimed.

Zain told the whole conversation.

"WHAT ?! YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME ?! ADI CONFESSED HER LOVE AND IT'S NOT POSSIBLE THAT PUNNU WASN'T AWARE OF IT. BUT WAIT , DID YOU ? "
Sanjay asked expectedly.

"Nope".
Zain replied.

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND ?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL HER ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS ?!"
sanjay asked.

"I'm really hurt okay. The very first thing which came on my mind was punnu's lie. Even I know that Adi must've told her. She lied. Even after knowing my feelings !
Then the next thing was why Aditi denied her love for me . And the last thing , HOW COULD SHE EVEN COMPARE THAT BRUTE SHREE FUCKING DHAN WITH ME ?!"
Zain lost his temper.

"Punnu is still at blancho.There's no chance of her coming out sober. Give some time to Aditi and calm down. We'll talk to punnu tomorrow. That's the first thing we're gonna do."
sanjay said.

Next day , at sanjay's apt.

"punnu please , Tell me why did you lie?"
zain asked getting hyper.

"Zainu , calm down. Punnu please. It's getting over."
Sanjay said calmly.

Punnu told the whole story.

"Stupid girl ! Everyone knew how I feel except her."
zain muttered.

"You're no less zainu ! All of us knew that she loves you except you !"
punnu said.

"But what was that SHREE FUCKING DHAN part all about ?! Where did that come from?"
sanjay asked.

"Trust me sanju when I say that she was regretting it so much ! she was feeling damn guilty. That's why she wanted to talk to zainu. But zainu being zainu was so enraged that he scared her off"
punnu said.

"Hey , it's not my fault okay."
zain said.

"It's just the circumstances that are to be blamed. Now calm down you both. Give some time to Adi. Then , Zainu the first thing you're gonna do is propose. Getting it ?".
sanjay said .

"Thank you guys. You're my best friends. Thanks a lot."
zain said giving hugs to the duo.
