Chapter 8

Kuro's POV

I stare at mahiru worried
He hasnt been looking good these past 3 days, He looks so pale and Tired i dont know whats going on

Ever since my voice came back the other day ive been trying to ask him whats wrong but he keeps saying he's fine

maybe i should call Lawless
No He's got his own problems ... maybe Lily? No... Hugh?.. No ... Je- no no

Ugh Damn it Who do i call
(A/N When there something strange im your neighborhood who you gonna call? Sorry XD)

I look to my left and i see mahiru swaying left then swaying Right
I run over to him and nudge his leg a little

"K..kuro?" Mahiru says his face is very red and he looks so tired

"Mahiru Sit down!" I yell at him this is so much more troublesome than i thought

Mahiru looks at me about to argue but he sighs and goes to the loungeroom and sits on the lounge

I have no idea what to do

Damn it all ..... Fuck it im calling every one

After many many .... basically too many calls  i finally got everyone to come over ... except wrath, envy and Gluttony

You know its difficult to call people when you have Paws 

They arrived here quite quickly when i told them what happened

"Ok so what happened exactly?" Lily asks as Misono gets the medicine from the Cabinets

"I told you didn't i?" I say tilting my head a little " no you didn't all you said was 'Mahiru is basically dead can you help its troublesome'" lawless says trying to do a impression of my voice

"Oh ok well to sum it up mahiru has been looking like he's dead for the past 3 days" i say glancing worryingly at mahirus direction

Nearly everyone here looked like they were ready to do a big face palm
....if they were human that is

"We shouldn't be surprised" hugh says Flying through the door with Tetsu

"Why are you late?" I ask "I got lost"
He says i go to ask how he got lost since he's been here before but i decide against it

"Kuro he has a Fever a pretty bad one at that" Lily says Watching as Misono puts a damp cloth on his head

"I know your going to blame yourself even if you still say its Troublesome" Hugh says

"Yeah yeah i know" i say going over to mahiru "Is he going to be okay though?" I ask 'i know nearly close to nothing about human sicknesses so i have no idea what to do'

"He's going to be fine, but you on the other hand should start researching all about humans and human sicknesses and how to cure them and..." Lily says as he flys around, i dont know what else hes saying i kinda spaced out

"Researching is Troublesome..." i sigh

"I figured you'd say that" lily chuckled to himself

"but it's better then watching the person you love suffer in pain while you stand by having no clue how to help them" lawless speaks up "hes right seeing the one you love in pain will only cause you to be in pain so you have to research things so you can help them instead of feeling useless" licht says

"I guess you right .... fine I'll Research about humans" i say "Good now lets get mahiru back to full health" lily says and i nod

Soon after lily starts treating mahiru and telling everyone but us servamps to get and do stuff

I see lawless looking quite worried always checking outside

I walk over to him tapping his foot
He jumps and i move out of the way to avoid getting stabbed by his needles

"Oh its just you" lawless says as he looks at me "what's got you so jumpy and cautious?" I ask he sighs and looks out the window

So cliché...

"Licht and i ran into this woman on the way home the other day" he says 'is this jealousy?' "But she didn't look like any normal person her eyes were a Bright redish pinkish colour they looked like they were glowing" lawless says 'glowing?' I think to myself as i try to process what he's saying

"But the strangest thing was what she said when we were leaving" he says "which was.." i ask "we'll meet again...on the battlefield" lawless says still looking out the window
'But what battlefield and what Console?'

"Not the game battlefield!" Lawless says as he looks at me "ok ok fine but whoever they are we'll just defeat them if the go after us ok?" I say "but-" lawless starts "no buts just protect licht ok?" I say he sighs and nods

"I should get going before it becomes 9pm and misono falls asleep" lily says

"We should get going too" tetsu says as he walks out with hugh waving goodbye

"The Shit rat and i should also get going i need to practice my piano piece" licht says

I walk over to lawless "remember Protect him" i say "i always protect the ones i love" lawless says before he gets lifted into air by licht

"Kuro make sure he takes those tablets on the tablet 3 times a day for a week and make sure he gets his rest if he doesnt rest he'll be so bad he'll have to go to hospital" lily says before leaving on misono's shoulder

Soon enough they are all gone and i run upstairs where mahiru is sleeping thanks to tetsu carrying him up

I run into the room to see mahiru sleeping soundly i jump up to his bed and pull up the covers with much struggle

I then go get his tablets and i put them on the bedside table
Theen i go get a water bottle from the fridge and i put that up there with the tablets

After all that has been done i sigh and look out the window

"I just hope no battle is coming, the way mahiru is now there'd be no way we could fight and we still haven't got the cure to break this spell" i mutter to myself 

I sigh once again then i jump down onto my cat bed and curl up, slowly difting off to sleep

I dont know why i like doing stories where the characters get sick  so much
