CH 3 The rescue mission

Hay Sunday afternoon or Saturday ch 4 part 1 baptism by fire going to get posted! PS I'm going over the them and add new pics and videos. And a again if you don't like it or something leave a comment of a suggestion I'll look over it and if I like it I will put it in the story. I repeat I will be writing all week then post Saturday or Sunday afternoon depends on where you live.

Time 9:00 pm

Everyone is on the runway, and waiting on the air craft to land. Everyone is in level 2 body armor and special ops outfits outfitted with night vision. "Where is the plane?" asked Ruby. "I don't know " Said Monty . " They're not coming." A voice came for behind the group. It was General Ironwood. "why?!" asked Ruby angrily. "You are not authorized for this ... What was it." Weiss came out behind him, "A rescue mission sir." Weiss said "Captain Rose, What makes you think you can authorizes something like this with out my permission?" Its a team bonding mission, you Kno bonding time... not like those useless robot Atlas Love's so much. A sarcastic Ruby and Iron wood begin to argue while Weiss is backing the General. Then in the middle of the argument. Iron wood said "I'll authorized your mission and these emotional bomb. If you allow two of the men I pick to be on the team. Monty looked at Ruby, and had a look on his face...you called it. Mrs. Weiss, and one of those Robot, as you put it with you. Ruby stood there for a moment. I don't have time for this. Get your shit and come on, commanded Ruby, we are wasting time here, While Weiss was getting her equipment. Ironwood walks up to her. Xr678 will record everything, try to gain their trust, and find out what makes them tick, and how they work I want to know how they work on, and off, the battlefield, their hobbies, and how they operate. I what a briefing when you get back.  Here, give this to Miss Rose, and he holds out his hand and places something in her hand. Then, she look at the General, with a worried look, on her face... "Are you sure"? asked Weiss. "Unfortunately, I am." said IronWood

On the plane, the Xr678 is sitting down, in one of the sites, unknown to everyone besides two people, and recording everyone. " So, including the robot, and Xr678, it is 12 now. Said Ruby. Then Weiss, wearing a special altas ops outfit with level 2 gear and everything you can possibly imagine on it. The plan take off she then she sit next to Ruby looks over and ask "Can it tell time to?" asked Ruby "Don't be ridiculous there was no room for the clock." Said Wiess then just watching her load extra mag's with a serious look on her face, "You bring extra" ? Asked John. Sitting across from her next to Pyrrha "Why?" asked Weiss, "Plan for the best, prepare for the worst," Monty said. "So how long have you two worked together?" asked Weiss "First mission". Monty said, " Yeah but we worked with Ruby and something bad always happens." John said laughing. Ruby gave him a dirty look and was about to throw a round at John's head, but went back to load her mags. Then check the sights, and put the magazine in. Then racked it back to load a round in the chamber. Then doing the same to her pistols. After that, her knives then get up to a crate on the plane to grab a Barrett 50 cal. Weiss was getting nervous, she looks at Pyrrha and ask " Is she okay?" "She's fine, this mission must mean very much to her". The rest of the plane ride was joking around. Weiss, Ruby and Monty didn't say much until 2 hours later.... Weiss tapped Ruby on the shoulder. " The general told me to give you this when we had been in the air for a while" said Weiss sticking out her hand Ruby look at the new rank. Ruby Rose, you have been promoted to Warrants Officer. Wiess salutes Ruby the plane went silent. Ruby took the rank for Weiss said " General Ironwood also said if you throw them out of the plane. You will be court-martialed". She signs then put them in her pocket."Look here princess we don't use ranks here, just in case one of us is facing a sniper, or a another team , if one is captured if they don't know who we are, and that gives us time to rescue them...like now." Weiss you look offended, what I say? She asked Monty laughing at what she said Ruby you called her princess. "That not true." said Weiss "I worked for everything I have." She added "So have we some of us twice as hard. She looks down at her boots then up at Wiess "Your not special here, there no good job, no Pat on the back to reassure you that everything going to work out, in the end their no medals and a parades in your honor the world will never acknowledge your work or your achievements. The only thing you have is rumors of the things you do today or tomorrow or even years from now and all you can do is have faith in you teammate I tell you just like everyone else here. "We, all of us." she looks around plane everyone is listening  We are a family now, even these pile of nuts and bolts, is now family." She looks at Xr678 on the end next to the door "So on that note, we will split up into three teams, to clear a two story building. It a nightmare for rappelling, too many windows, so Coco's team will be where in the back behind the building to cover us when we extract the hostage. John's team with me, me and Monty, Cardin, Weiss, junk yard over there will enter the building quietly as possible so suppressors only for now. "And when things go to shit." said Monty "unleash hell!" Nora said then Ren put his hand on her shoulder to calm her down. "That the easiest way to put it. the pilot yelled "ETA 3 minutes get ready to jump". "Wait WHAT no one told me about this." Said Weiss "what are you talking about we just did." Said Ruby The pilot said "On my mark" "sync" said Ruby..they go back and forth for 15 second then the pilot said "Ok we are site." Everyone gets up and lines up at the door. "Get ready, go go go." they all jumped one after besides Ruby and Wiess and John hadn't yet jumped yet.
