Chapter 4

The next day came and this day came and today was a big day for Zayn and for Cicilia as well . Today Zayn was going to the hospital and he was going to stay for 2 days . While Cicilia had a big day since she was obliged to go out  and help Sally pic up a party dress for her cousin's wedding .

Zayn's P.O.V :

Omg ! I over slept ! I should be in the hospital in half an hour . I went got dressed and prepared everything i want to take for the hospital with me . Finally i finished and i was in my way with mom to the hospital in the car , when my phone rang . It was my ex - girlfriend Ashely . I didnt want to answer but she called more than 9 times so I answered and said : 

" Hello "

Ashely : " Hey , Zayn ! "

" What do u want from me "

Ashely : " I just missed u and missed our relationship "

" Look we have nothing left so keep in mind and for ur info I would never date u again . And by the way we've been over since like 5 years ago ! Why did u remeber now ! Look I dont care and I dont wanna here it so bye " I said as i turn of the phone . I liked Ashely a long time ago . She was so a good person before i started dating her . She seriously a big idiot. She only needs me when someone breaks up with her or something like that . But  really dont care about her . But all who matters to me now is Cicilia . She's everything in my life . I adore her . I was scared somehow because i had to see everyday what's happening in my lungs . I want a person who can depend on if i died or something happened to me . I loved her that i didnt want anything to happen to her . I dont wanna see her ever sad , crying or worring about somethin . All that I wanna see is seeing her smile . Her gorgeous pearls . With her glamorous face . She's perfect . I wanted to say goodbye before i leave but she wasnt there . She couldnt make it . I thought deeply nodding . When we finnaly arrived at the hospital , I entered and she just appeared infront of me . I ran and hugged her 

" Zayn sorry , I couldnt make it in the morning so i came here and waited for u to come over . "  She said with eyes full of teers . I couldnt barely see her like that . So i hugged her tightly and gently the said :

" That's alright sweetheart . Dont be sad . I'm really gonna miss u during these two days but we can video chat , call , text , send voice notes . Everything's possible now since we have a high technology and Interenet . Besides , I dont like seeing u sad or worried or even not smiling . I wanna see ur beautiful pearls so show them to me . " 

" Aww ! Remeber that i love u and i will always ! " She said with a big smile . 

" There they are ! That's what I'm talking about ! " I said and she started to laugh so i kissed her on the cheek so she could go because Sally was waiting outside for her . She smiled and went . I directly went to the doctor's office which he was sitting in . When i arrived , he directly led me to my room . So I waited there until the nurse came and put the big needle in my hsnd nd then tied it with some i don't know water .

Cicilia's P.O.V : 

As i soon entered Sall''s car , I started crying . I can't see Zayn worried like this . I really was unhappy about if there was anything going on and he didnt want to tell me . I hoped not . Sall asked me directly : 

" Oh, what happened ? Did he cry ? " 

" No , he didn't but I could see the worried sign on his face . He was really ubhappy . He even didnt want be to be worried . He wanted the best for me . " I said while stickin my nose into the tissue .
