i laid on my bed as i waited for finn to text me he was on his way. wyatt was next to me being awkward as hell. i know he's still bothered about me dating.

i ended up telling me family that im dating finn which my mom and lilly already knew. my dad didn't take it as bad as rex did. rex just doesn't want me to grow up. my dad is shockingly excited to meet finn but he made me promise im still his princess.

as for finn, he's scared as shit. he wouldn't stop talking about it. talking about finn, my phone buzzed causing me to shoot up. i ran to my window and saw the tall boy come out with a big bouquet of flowers. how cliché.

"he's here!" i squealed. with wyatt behind me i ran to the front door before rex can open it. i opened the door as soon as finn rang the door bell. a smile formed his face when he saw me.

immediately we both wrapped our arms around each other. he cleared his throat causing me to turn around. my whole family including wyatt stood there. finn and i's cheeks turned red.

"mom, da-" i began introducing until finn's voice interrupted.

"mrs. and mr. gomez, lilly and rex, im f-finn wolfhard. i uh bought these for the w-women?" he studdered as he handed the flowers to my mom. wyatt stood behind lilly while holding his laugh.

finn put his hand out but instead my dad pulled him into a hug. it was so adorable if i must say. rex examined finn carefully.

"he's cute!"my mom mouthed.

"finnie boy! you've got my daughter's heart wrapped around your finger! she would not shut up ever since she told us about you." my dad joked. finn laughed.

"you didn't introduce yourself to me." wyatt crossed his arms. i smacked his arm.

"hi wyatt." finn said. wyatt ruffled his hair. my dad lead in finn, showing his a bunch of his old vintage stuff. especially his record player.

my mom, lilly, and i stayed behind as they gushed about him to me. lilly thinks he's a perfect fit for me. my mom thinks it's funny how he bought the huge bouquet.

hours passed of finn hanging around with my family and it was finally time for us to be alone. i knew if we were to go to my room, the door would have to be open so i decided to take him to my favorite place.

"you're family is the shit." finn laughed while swinging our hands back and forth. i can tell the all liked him. they even invited him for a barbecue that we're having this saturday.

"they can be annoying at times but i love them." i smiled.

we arrived at the meadow and i stared at finn as he looked around with aw. he looked down at me and smiled.

"you're a better view though." finn said as he leant down to kiss me. my heart fluttered at the touch of this lips. i hadn't kiss him for 3 weeks. i think we were both relieved that we can finally kiss.

"you're cheesy." i pulled away. "cheesy just how i like my pizza." i added. he bursted out laughing causing me to smile. i love that i can make him laugh. it brings me happiness.

we laid on the grass with our playlist that we made through facetime. it consisted with a lot of the frights, SWMRS, weezer, twin peaks, and mac demarco. my kind of style.

"im so happy you're here." i said while i played with his hair. his head was resting on my chest while he had his arm wrapped around my stomach.

"i wish we can stay here forever." he said.

i smiled."maybe this can be our neverland." he nodded and gave me a sweet kiss.

i happily sighed. im hella whipped.
