Weeks Later

We haven't found River it feels like we search everywhere. Is it my fault she left. Why did she leave. But Maddie was over my house we were just talking and plus I had to do some stuff and I can't keep an eye on Aurora.

" August it's ok ". She say rubbing my back.

" How would she just up and leave like that we have a daughter together she just left me with her ". I say trying to hold back my tears.

" She knows what she did I'm pretty sure she's going to come back ". Maddie said.

" I hope so ". I say.

I looked through my phone and started thinking about where she could be but I don't know any places.

This was an end to a beginning. There's no hope left.
