The dormitory for Dryads was empty. This meant I am the only dryad at Jupiter School. I laughed and muttered to myself, " No people, no botherations. " Then, I cackled. " Botherations. "

I smiled and left the dorm. It was almost seven. I sprinted the Room 208, which is where Hephaestus and Vulcan's class is. I took a seat next to TK and LiLi.

" Hey, " TK whispered. " What's your middle name? "

I eyed him suspiciously. " Uh, Interrobang. "

LiLi snorted. " Interrobang? Like an exclamation mark and a question? You've got to be kidding me. "

" Anyway, I'm calling you N.I. for short. " TK says.

"No, no, no. How about N.G.? " I suggested.

" N.G.? " TK smirked. " What's the 'G'? "

" Greenie. " I replied. " It's a second name, not a middle one. It rolls off the tongue more than N.I. "

" Sure, NG. " TK looks up at Hephaestus, who's lecturing them about awls and what they do.

" Awls are kind of like screwdrivers. I mean, they look lik screwdrivers. They're actually these," he held a small tool with a pointed tip and a weird eight shaped handle. " They are old tools used for poking holes in hard objects. Like leather and God's heads. That's a long story, Athena can tell you all about that. "

I wrinkled my nose and whispered to TK. " This is useless information. I thought that this would be more... Fun. "

" Shut it! " LiLi said. " That's my dad! "

" Ugh, you're dad's boring. And my class will suck too. I'm horrible at climbing trees! " I whisper-yelled.

" You know, " Gryffin said from behind me. I jumped in their seat, not knowing Gryffin was there. " There's always another option. TK was is it? "

TK stiffens. " We have 30 minutes before our next class when we get out of this one. I'll tell you then. "

The four monsters and demigods wait the next hour out.

" No! We can't! " LiLi said. " This is practically my home! "

" LiLi, " I snapped. " No offense, but this place is a hellscape that needs to be fucking fixed and I'm done. "

" I said it was an option! LiLi, don't you get bored with only one fighting class a day? Doesn't it get annoying, when you know you have so much more potential? " TK asked.

" So, you're saying Camp Jupiter has more fighting? I guess I'm in. " LiLi decides.

" That's my Li. " TK grins. " We'd need to go now. Noodle, you say you have experience sneaking out of crowded places? Lead the way. "

I shoots the three weird kids a mirthless smile and start to sprint the direction most kids are going. LiLi, Gryffin, and TK follow. This is was my greatest skill. I slip through a group of four kids and grab an empty notebook from the floor.

" What's that for? " TK asked.

" Makes us look nonchalant. Like we're going to class. " I answered. I waited till the Coast was clear and slamed myself into a Janitor's closet.

I opened the window. I had been on the second story so it was a good forty feet drop.

" You've got to be shitting me, " LiLi hissed. " No one's gonna make that drop! "

I smirked. " That, my friend, is why they invented bungee jumping. "

" Oh, for fucks sake! " TK said. " That was your plan? "

I fished in my backpack, pulling out four of my stolen six bungee cords. " C'mon. It's our chance to get out of here. I'll go first. "

I tied it around my waist, then tied the other side to the building. I jumped, giggling the whole time. I landed not-so-gracefully onto the ground ( translation: face first ).

LiLi came soon after, actually landing right. Then TK, then Gryffin.

I laughed and laughed, for about 30 seconds.

" What's so funny? " LiLi demanded.

" I don't even know how to bungee jump! I found those in my dorm. " I said.

" What!? Why didn't you tell is before we jumped off a two story building!? " Gryffin shrieked.

" Because, " I snorted. " You wouldn't jump if I told you! "

LiLi scowled. " Ugh! What if we got hurt? "

I shrugged.

" You are so immature! " LiLi cursed.

" Sir, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to calm down. " TK said, in a mock professional voice. Then went serious. " No one got hurt, let's forgot about this. Never do that again, you here me, Noodle? "

I sighed. " I can't really make promises for myself in the future. It's like I'm going be a completely different person. "

TK rolled his eyes. " Try not to. "

" Now, let's get out of this shithole. " TK grabbed LiLi's hand and Gryffin's hand, then I follow.
