There she was
Hurt
Crying
Chained
I wanted to help
I wanted to comfort her
I wanted to free her
As I got closer
The looming darkness all around
Got closer
And darker
And stronger
I reached out to her
But was held back
By the darkness
The darkness was strong
Powerful
Terrifying
Sinister
The darkness pulled me back
The darkness hurt her
The darkness chained her
The darkness has the key
Her freedom is in the darkness
In order to free her
I had to face it
I had to face the darkness
But I'm afriad
I fear the darkness
I fear the pain it brings
I fear the darkness' smile
That glowing
Crooked
Sinister
Evil
Smile
