Recap:

"Just some bitch that I fought two weeks ago snuck a knife in her bra and we were fighting and she pulled it and tried to stab me in the stomach but all she did was cut my stomach pretty deep because she had terrible hand eye coordination so I just got cut but I got really dizzy and got pissed do I beat her ass and then got home and we called my cousin in so that we could make sure that it wouldn't get infected and he gave us some ointment to make sure it doesn't get infected but other than that it is nothing to worry about."

End of Recap:

(Nicole's POV)

"Princess it is really deep worse than you think it is." Andrew  said.

"It really isn't that bad Andrew. It's not like anyone knows though so me and the rest of my family is safe." I said trying to play his comment off.

"Okay but just know when it comes back on you and the girls see you getting dressed in the locker rooms with that around you and start asking questions about I tried to warn you and I will be there when they start asking question but other than that I warned you." He said.

"Look Andrew I don't need a protector I can protect myself and if you think that I am going to come running to you for every little thing you have another thing coming. I'm not some little girl that needs anyone's protection and trust me I can protect myself. I have been protecting myself ever since my dad got killed. My mom has been going on business trips for 8 years now and she even took the night shift so she didn't have to be reminded of my dad. I have respected that for as long as I can remember." I yelled at him not realizing how vulnerable I was making myself . Kyle walked over to us and he hugged me and helped me change my bandage.

"Nicole I think you should go up and get some rest so you have the strength to fight Mark and give him the ass beating he deserves." Kyle tells me and I put my tank top back on and storm upstairs feeling ganged up on. I walked over to my CD player in my room and put on my 21 pilots CD and put the song "Doubt" on, started singing, walked over to my bed, and laid down.

(^Play Song^)

Not to soon after I laid down they finished training and Andrew walked into my room and sat down next to me.

"I'm sorry about what I said back there." I said looking at my feet.

"Hey, it's okay Princess I knew that you hadn't had a Dad and I knew you could handle yourself but I want to be there for you and I want to be there for you. I'm sorry if I upset you and I know you won't run to me for everything but you can for things that are to hard or are hard times at all because I am here to go through it with you now."

"Don't forget abou-ou-ou-ou-out me Don't forget abou-ou-ou-ou-out me even when I doubt you I'm no good without you. NO NO." Andrew yells at the top of his lung making me laugh and giggle really hard until my sides started to hurt and he stopped singing. "What do you not like my voice?" He asks with a hand over his chest acting like he was offended.

"It's not that. It's just that I wasn't expecting that kind of stuff that I was expecting out of your mouth you know."

"I mean I guess but what ever. I just want you to know that you are amazing."

"Thanks. You are too. I hope you're not still upset with me."

"I'm not and I never was."

*********************

When Mark got home I walked up to him and drug him down stairs by his hair. Mark had wore his joggers and a t-shirt to school because he left pretty quickly this morning.

"Why are you dragging me by my hair?" He asked following so I didn't pull a bunch of hair out and leave him with a bald spot at the age of 16.

"Because I am in the mood to fight you. Plus you need the training anyway." I told him as I ended up seeing everyone following us too amused to leave us alone.

"Okay but why are you trying to pull my hair out then?"

"Because you deserve it."

"Okay anyway." When we got down there I got in my fighting stance as I waited for him to take his shirt off and get in his starting stance which was super flawed because he was tired from football practice. My mother rang the bell and they all stood there and watched us fight. I dodged his punches as quick as he threw them I knew his pattern Jab left, Jab right, fake-left, Jab right,Sweep left, Sweep right, Jab right, jab left. He was so predictable and it just made it easier for me to take him down because I never did the same pattern twice. When I was done with him he had a bloody nose and a face full of ground.

"Good Job Nicole now can you get off me so you can fix my nose." Mark said.

"I just got done giving you a nose job are you sure you want another one I will gladly give it to you." I replied with a smile on my face.

"No you have to pop it back in place since you are the only one who isn't afraid to get near a little blood." He said looking at his sister. I helped him up and we walked over to the first aid kit and I popped his nose back into place then I handed him some tissue to put in it.

"There You're all fixed now." I told him and then I turned to my mom. "Can you schedule a visit from my 'Therapist' please." I said putting air quotes around the word Therapist because he was just a good friend that helped me train when my mom was gone or when I was really mad.

"Sure Honey." She said. Then she turned to all of us and said, " I got a call after training this morning from work I am going to be gone for the next 6 months and so I will be home right before school lets out and I will get to see my beautiful children become Seniors. I'm sorry I haven't been around this year but I will try to be a better mother when I am home and not push you so hard when I am at home. Although I leave on Wednesday so I have two day till I leave and I think I will take my girls prom dress shopping before I leave and my boys prom tux shopping tomorrow." She said. Even though prom was still months away she has always talked about how she is going to take me and my friends prom dress shopping. I have always dreamed of having my dad there on the night that my boyfriend picks us up and he gives my boyfriend that disapproving dad look and then smiles and tells me that I did good at picking out my boyfriend right before I leave the house. This thought made me smile and Andrew walked over to me and wiped away a tear that I didn't know escaped. Kyle saw that I was crying he came over and hugged me.
